Amir issues decisions and instruments of ratification

DOHA: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday an instrument of ratification approving draft air service agreement between the government of the State of Qatar and the government of Dominican Republic on December 6, 2017.
The Amir issued an instrument of ratification approving memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the field of law between the Ministry of Justice of the State of Qatar and the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Argentine Republic, signed in Buenos Aires on July 28, 2016, reported QNA.
The Amir issued an instrument of ratification approving MoU on conducting political consultations between the Ministry Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Argentine Republic, signed in Buenos Aires on July 28, 2016.
The Amir issued an instrument of ratification approving draft agreement on the promotion and protection of mutual investments between the government of the State of Qatar and the government of the Republic of Benin, signed in Doha on May 7, 2018.
The Amir issued yesterday Amiri Decision No. 50 of 2018 appointing Nasser bin Hamad bin Mubarak Al Khalifa as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Republic of Croatia.
The Amir also issued Amiri Decision No. 51 of 2018 appointing Ibrahim Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Sahlawi as Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the League of Arab States.
The decisions are effective starting the date of issue and are to be published in the official gazette.

وأصدر سمو الأمير المفدى وثيقة تصديق بالموافقة على التصديق على مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في المجال القانوني بين وزارة العدل في دولة قطر ووزارة العدل وحقوق الإنسان في جمهورية الأرجنتين، الموقعة بمدينة بوينس آيرس بتاريخ 28/7/2016.
كما أصدر سمو الأمير وثيقة تصديق بالموافقة على التصديق على مذكرة تفاهم بشأن إجراء المشاورات السياسية بين وزارة الخارجية في دولة قطر ووزارة الخارجية وشؤون العبادة في جمهورية الأرجنتين، الموقعة بمدينة بوينس آيرس بتاريخ 28/7/2016.
وأصدر سمو الأمير المفدى وثيقة تصديق بالموافقة على مشروع اتفاقية بشأن تشجيع وحماية الاستثمارات المتبادلة بين حكومة دولة قطر وحكومة جمهورية بنين، الموقعة بمدينة الدوحة بتاريخ 7/5/2018.;
