Qatar discusses parliamentary relations with Russia, Turkey

The Speaker of the Advisory Counci, H E Ahmed bin Abdulla bin Zaid Al Mahmoud, met yesterday with the Chairman of the Russian State Duma, Viacheslav Volodin, and the President of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Binali Yildirim, on the sidelines of the third Meeting of Speakers of Eurasian Countries Parliaments. During the two meetings, they discussed the parliamentary relations between Qatar and each of Russia and Turkey, and ways to developing them as well as the most important topics on the agenda of the third Meeting of Speakers of Eurasian Countries Parliaments. The two meetings were attended by a number of the Advisory Council members.

اجتمع سعادة السيد أحمد بن عبدالله بن زيد آل محمود رئيس مجلس الشورى، أمس، مع كل من سعادة السيد فياتشيسلاف فولودين رئيس مجلس الدوما الروسي، وسعادة السيد بن علي يلدريم رئيس الجمعية الوطنية الكبرى في تركيا، وذلك على هامش الاجتماع الثالث لرؤساء برلمانات الدول الأوروبية والآسيوية (أوراسيا)، كل على حدة.

جرى خلال الاجتماعين بحث العلاقات البرلمانية القائمة بين دولة قطر وكل من جمهورية روسيا الاتحادية الصديقة، والجمهورية التركية الشقيقة، وسبل دعمها وتطويرها، ومناقشة أهم المواضيع المدرجة على جدول أعمال الاجتماع الثالث لرؤساء برلمانات دول (أوراسيا). حضر الاجتماعين عدد من أعضاء مجلس الشورى.;
