إزالة 50 سيارة مهملة بالخور والذخيرة
General Directorate of Traffic has asked owners of impounded vehicles to pay penalties and take them before May 15, 2018.
The penalty has to be paid at the Investigation Section at Industrial Area Street No (52).
According to the statement, “owners of impounded vehicles, which have been kept under custody for 3 months or more, are to contact the Investigation Section…complete the procedures to release their vehicles, on or before the end of working hours on May 15.”
In case the owner of a vehicle that has been under custody for three months and more does not pay the fine or contact the traffic department before the due date, the MOI plans to sell them off.
This decision is in accordance with Article No. (89) Law No. (16) of 2015, amending provisions of the Law No. 19 of 2007.
The Directorate had held an auction in February of impounded vehicles of all types in Industrial Area.
قام قسم الرقابــــة العـامة ببلدية الخور والذخيرة خلال الفترة الماضية بحملــــة تفتيشية على السيارات المهملة داخــــل الحدود الادارية التابعة لبلديـــــة الخور والذخيرة.
وقد أسفرت الحملة عن إزالة 50 سيارة مهملة بالمنطقة، بالاضافة إلى ضبط عدد من المخالفات الخاصة بقانون النظافة العامة.
