سمو الأمير يصدر عددا من وثائق التصديق
DOHA: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday an instrument of ratification, approving a draft agreement on the establishment of the Global Dryland Alliance (GDA), which was signed in Doha on October 15, 2017.
The Emir also issued an instrument of ratification, approving a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the establishment of a supreme joint committee between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Thailand, which was signed in Doha on November 24, 2009, reported QNA.
In addition, the Emir issued an instrument of ratification, approving a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of vocational rehabilitation and development of vocational skills between Qatar’s General Authority of Customs and the Republic of Azerbaijan’s State Customs Committee, which was signed in Baku on March 8, 2016.
The Emir also ratified the Cabinet decision No. 15 of 2018 amending some provisions of the decision No. 42 of 2013 on the expropriation of some properties for public good.
The Emir also issued Law No. 6 of 2018 on amending some of the provisions of the Law No. 5 of 2015, regarding similar commercial, industrial and public shops and street vendors.
The law is effective starting from the following day of its publication in the official gazette.

كما أصدر سمو الأمير وثيقة تصديق بالموافقة على التصديق على مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في مجال إعادة التدريب المهني وتطوير المهارات المهنية بين الهيئة العامة للجمارك بدولة قطر واللجنة الجمركية بجمهورية أذربيجان، الموقعة بمدينة باكو بتاريخ 8 / 3 / 2016.;
