تعاون بين قطر وتركيا في مجال التحكيم التجاري
DOHA: Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA) has signed a cooperation agreement with the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC) to promote awareness of alternative ways to resolve trade disputes and promote a culture of commercial arbitration.
QICCA Board Member Sheikh Dr Thani bin Ali Al Thani and President of ISTAC Ziya Akinci signed the cooperation agreement on the sideline of the 3rd International Arbitration Conference, which concluded its work in Doha recently.
A statement issued by QICCA said that the agreement provides for cooperation and coordination between the two centres regarding the organisation of conferences, seminars, and lectures. Moreover, it aims to share information and experience in the field of arbitration.
أعلن مركز قطر الدولي للتوفيق والتحكيم اليوم توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مع مركز إسطنبول للتحكيم، وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى تعزيز التعاون في نشر الوعي بالطرق البديلة لفض النزاعات التجارية، وتعزيز ثقافة اللجوء للتحكيم التجاري.
وجرى توقيع الاتفاقية بحضور الشيخ ثاني بن علي آل ثاني، عضو مجلس إدارة مركز التحكيم بغرفة قطر، وضياء أكينجي، رئيس مركز إسطنبول للتحكيم.
وتشمل الاتفاقية مجالات التعاون والتنسيق بين المركزين فيما يخص تنظيم المؤتمرات والندوات والمحاضرات، كما تستهدف تبادل المعلومات والخبرات في مجال التحكيم .
