Doha: The first Qatari-owned electric car with intellectual property was unveiled within two months.
The “Sustainable Transport for Future Generations” conference and exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Transportation over two days at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, featured the debut of the first Qatari-owned electric car bearing the VIM brand.
The new car, launched by “Eco Transit Solutions for Transportation and Transit,” comes in three categories (sedan, SUV, hatchback) and joins two purely Qatari-owned electric buses, which were also showcased during the “Sustainable Transport for Future Generations” exhibition that highlights the key developments in Qatar’s transportation and transit sector, as well as future plans in this vital sector.

الدوحة: تم الكشف عن أول سيارة كهربائية بملكية فكرية قطرية خلال شهرين.
أُقيم مؤتمر ومعرض “نقل مستدام للأجيال المستقبلية”، الذي نظمته وزارة المواصلات على مدى يومين في مركز الدوحة للمعارض والمؤتمرات، عرضًا لأول سيارة كهربائية بملكية فكرية قطرية تحمل علامة VIM.
تأتي السيارة الجديدة، التي أطلقتها شركة “إيكو ترانزيت لحلول النقل والمواصلات”، في ثلاث فئات (سيدان، SUV، هاتشباك)، لتنضم إلى حافلتين كهربائيتين بملكية قطرية خالصة، تم عرضهما أيضًا خلال معرض “نقل مستدام للأجيال المستقبلية” الذي يسلط الضوء على أهم التطورات في قطاع النقل والمواصلات في قطر، وكذلك الخطط المستقبلية في هذا القطاع الحيوي.
