Dubai: The State of Qatar pavilion participating in Expo 2020 Dubai celebrated the National Day of the State of Qatar, which falls on Dec. 18, by holding a number of events and activities, in the presence of HE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Sultan bin Rashid Al Khater, and HE Assistant Minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates Yacoub Yousef Al Hosani, and other officials from both sides, and representatives of the countries participating in the exhibition.
During his speech on this occasion, HE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry stressed that the celebration of this occasion represents an important opportunity to learn about the process of construction and the comprehensive renaissance witnessed by the State of Qatar in light of the forward-looking and wise vision of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.
His Excellency pointed out that Qatar’s participation in Expo 2020 Dubai reflects its deep belief in the important role that innovation plays in building the foundations for a better future for all humanity, noting that the country’s pavilion sheds light on the national achievements in this field, which have contributed to consolidating the values of creativity and innovation in all sectors.
His Excellency added that the State of Qatar’s pavilion reflects the leading position of the State of Qatar in the field of development, in light of its vision and successful experiences in facing and overcoming various challenges and global changes, under the slogan of “Qatar:The future is now”, which corresponds to the main slogan of this global event.
The pavilion of the State of Qatar witnessed a rich program on the occasion of the National Day, which included musical performances on the jubilee platform, with the participation of a group of Qatari artists, to reflect the culture and traditions of the country.
The State of Qatar is participating in Expo 2020 Dubai with a special pavilion that will witness the organization of a number of events and activities that highlight the countrys march towards achieving its National Vision 2030, and the huge and pioneering projects that have been completed to host the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, as well as reviewing the incentives and investment opportunities provided by the state to implement its plans to achieve economic diversification in accordance with the determinants of the National Development Strategy 2018-2022.

دبي: احتفل جناح دولة قطر المُشارك في معرض /إكسبو 2020 دبي/ باليوم الوطني للدولة الذي يوافق 18 ديسمبر، بإقامة عدد من الفعاليات والأنشطة، وذلك بحضور سعادة السيد سلطان بن راشد الخاطر وكيل وزارة التجارة والصناعة، وسعادة السيد يعقوب يوسف الحوسني مساعد وزير الخارجية والتعاون الدولي لشؤون المنظمات الدولية بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ومسؤولين آخرين من الجانبين، وممثلين عن الدول المشاركة في المعرض.
وخلال كلمته بهذه المناسبة ، أكد سعادة وكيل وزارة التجارة والصناعة، أن الاحتفاء بهذه المناسبة الوطنية الغالية، يمثّل فرصة مهمة للوقوف على مسيرة البناء والنهضة الشاملة التي شهدتها دولة قطر في ضوء الرؤية الاستشرافية والحكيمة لحضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى “حفظه الله”.
وأشار سعادته إلى أن مشاركة دولة قطر في معرض /إكسبو 2020 دبي/، تترجم إيمانها العميق بالدور المهم الذي يؤديه الابتكار لبناء أسس مستقبل أفضل للبشرية جمعاء، منوها بأن جناح الدولة يُسلط الضوء على الإنجازات الوطنية التي تم تحقيقها في هذا المجال، والتي أسهمت بترسيخ قيم الإبداع والابتكار في كافة القطاعات .
وأضاف أن جناح دولة قطر يعكس من جهة أخرى، المكانة الرائدة لدولة قطر في مجال التطوير وذلك في ضوء رؤيتها وتجاربها الناجحة في مواجهة وتجاوز مختلف التحديات والمتغيرات العالمية وذلك تحت شعار قطر: /المستقبل هو الآن/، والذي يتوافق مع الشعار الرئيسي لهذا الحدث العالمي، ويترجم المحاور الفرعية للشعار الرئيسي للمعرض في مجالات الاستدامة والتواصل.
وشهد جناح دولة قطر، برنامجا حافلا بمناسبة اليوم الوطني للدولة، تضمن تقديم عروض موسيقية على منصة اليوبيل بمشاركة مجموعة من الفنانين القطريين لتعكس ثقافة الدولة وتقاليدها، والتي شملت بدورها تقديم وصلة موسيقية لفن الفجري برفقة الفرقة الشعبية، ومجموعة من الأغاني العالمية قدمها أطفال كورال سوار بلغات مختلفة، إلى جانب تنظيم مسيرة داخل منطقة الاستدامة في جناح الدولة، والتي شارك بها زوار المعرض من جميع أنحاء العالم.
يشار إلى أن دولة قطر تُشارك في معرض /إكسبو 2020 دبي/ من خلال جناح خاص يشهد تنظيم عدد من الفعاليات والأنشطة التي تسلط الضوء على مسيرة الدولة نحو تحقيق رؤيتها الوطنية 2030، والمشاريع الضخمة والرائدة التي تم استكمالها لاستضافة فعاليات كأس العالم فيفا قطر 2022 فضلا عن استعراض الحوافز والفرص الاستثمارية التي توفرها الدولة لتنفيذ خططها الرامية لتحقيق التنوع الاقتصادي وفق محددات استراتيجية التنمية الوطنية 2018- 2022.
