Doha: Legal experts explained to Al-Sharq many types of violations included in the World Cup hosting measures law, including:
1- Using, recording, reproducing, imitating, or modifying any of the Intellectual Property Rights of FIFA.
2- Using tickets for advertising purposes or for holding lotteries, competitions, games, bets, and advertising procedures and listing the cost of tickets in the list of tourism, accommodation, and other services, without the written consent of FIFA.
3- Setting a public event without a FIFA license, and issuing, selling, redistributing, or exchanging tickets without a license
4- Providing services in the field of technology without a license, and services for organizing the public’s reception, organizing tourist trips, and promoting products used in activities for the benefit of FIFA.
5 – Advertising or promoting in any other way in the premises of the activities or the commercial area subject to control during the tournament period, except with the approval of FIFA or its authorized representative.

الدوحة: أوضح خبراء قانونيون لـ”الشرق” العديد من أنواع المخالفات التي تضمنها قانون تدابير استضافة المونديال، ومنها:
1- استخدام أو تسجيل أو إنتاج أو إعادة إنتاج أو تقليد أو تعديل أي من حقوق الملكية الفكرية للفيفا.
2- استخدام التذاكر لأغراض الدعاية أو لإقامة اليانصيب والمسابقات والألعاب والرهانات والإجراءات الإعلانية وإدراج تكلفة التذاكر في قائمة الخدمات السياحية وخدمات الإقامة وغيرها من الخدمات، دون موافقة كتابية من الفيفا.
3- عرض حدث عام دون ترخيص من الفيفا، وإصدار أو بيع أو إعادة توزيع أو تبادل التذاكر دون ترخيص
4- تقديم الخدمات في مجال التكنولوجيا دون ترخيص، وخدمات تنظيم استقبال الجمهور وتنظيم الرحلات السياحية وترويج المنتجات المستخدمة في ممارسة الأنشطة لصالح الفيفا.
5 – الإعلان أو الترويج بأي طريقة أخرى في أماكن الأنشطة أو المنطقة التجارية الخاضعة للرقابة خلال فترة البطولة إلا بموافقة الفيفا أو من يفوضه.
