AFC Champions League: Al Sadd Defeat Al Wehdat 3-1 to Take First Win

Riyadh: Al Sadd Club, achieved their first victory yesterday, 3 to one, at the expense of, Al-Wehdat, at King Fahad International Stadium in Riyadh, in the third round of the fourth group competitions in the continental competition.

Baghdad Bounajah scored in the second minute, Boualam Khokhi in the 9th minute, and Hassan Al Haydous in the 26th minute Al Sadd’s goals, while Ahmed Samir scored the only goal in the minute (63 from a penalty kick).

Al Nassr maintained the top of the group standings with f points from three matches, on goal difference against Foolad Khuzestan, compared to four points for Al Sadd and a point for Al Wehdat.

Al Sadd started the match strongly to score the goal in the second minute, after a corner kick by Santi Cazorla and Boualem Khokhi followed it with his head on the near post, to reach Baghdad Bongah to turn it into the net.

Al Sadd continued to form the risk of corner kicks, to score the second goal in the 9th minute, after a corner kick was executed by Cazorla and reached Boualem Khokhi, who turned his head directly to the right of goalkeeper Ahmed Abdel Sattar.

Al-Sadd almost added the third goal when Hassan Al Haydous prepared the ball in front of Cazorla inside the area to hit an attempt that rebounded from the left post of the goal (11).

After the shock of the beginning, the units’ performance began to improve, and he tried to launch offensive attempts on goalkeeper Meshaal Barshim, and the most prominent attempt was through Ahmed Samir’s shot from inside the area, which passed over the goal in the 21st minute.

Al Sadd responded with Nam Tae-Hee’s cross pass from the left side, which Bounajah followed with his head towards the goal, but goalkeeper Abdul Sattar narrowly removed it to a corner kick in the 86th minute to keep the result unchanged.

The fourth round of Group D will be held next Friday, where Al-Wehdat will meet Al-Sadd, and Al-Nassr will meet with Foolad Khuzestan.

Last Wednesday, the first round saw Al-Wehdat tied with Al-Nasr 0-0 and Al-Sadd with Foolad Khuzestan 1-1, while last Saturday the second round witnessed Al-Nassr victory over Al-Sadd 3-1 and Foolad over Al Wehdat 1-0.

وسجل بغداد بونجاح في الدقيقة (2) وبوعلام خوخي في الدقيقة (9) وحسن الهيدوس في الدقيقة (26) أهداف السد، في حين أحرز أحمد سمير في الدقيقة (63 من ضربة جزاء) هدف الوحدات الوحيد.

وحافظ النصر السعودي على صدارة ترتيب المجموعة برصيد 5 نقاط من ثلاث مباريات، بفارق الأهداف أمام فولاد الايراني ، مقابل 4 نقاط للسد ونقطة للوحدات الاردني.

وبدأ السد المباراة بقوة ليسجل هدف التقدم في الدقيقة الثانية إثر ركلة ركنية نفذها سانتي كازورلا وتابعها بوعلام خوخي برأسه على القائم القريب لتصل إلى بغداد بونجاح ليحولها في الشباك.

وواصل السد تشكيل الخطورة من الركلات الركنية ليسجل الهدف الثاني في الدقيقة (9) إثر ركلة ركنية نفذها كازورلا ووصلت إلى بوعلام خوخي الذي حولها برأسه مباشرة على يمين الحارس أحمد عبدالستار.

وكاد السد يضيف الهدف الثالث عندما هيأ حسن الهيدوس الكرة أمام كازورلا داخل المنطقة ليسدد محاولة ارتدت من القائم الأيسر للمرمى (11).

وبعد صدمة البداية بدأ أداء الوحدات في التحسن، وحاول شن المحاولات الهجومية على مرمى الحارس مشعل برشم، وكانت أبرز محاولات الفريق عبر تسديدة أحمد سمير من داخل المنطقة والتي مرت فوق المرمى في الدقيقة (21).

ولكن السد عاد وسجل الهدف الثالث بواسطة حسن الهيدوس الذي تابع تمريرة الكرة المرتدة من أجساد مدافعي الوحدات إثر تسديدة محمد وعد، وسدد من زاوية ضيقة في شباك الحارس عبد الستار في الدقيقة (26).

وتواصلت خطورة السد ليسدد بونجاح محاولة من داخل المنطقة أبعدها الحارس عبدالستار إلى ركلة ركنية في الدقيقة (35).

لم يتغير مسار المباراة في بداية الشوط الثاني، وسنحت فرصة جديدة للسد عندما هيأ الهيدوس الكرة داخل المنطقة أمام كازورلا ليسدد محاولة أبعدها حارس الوحدات في الدقيقة (49).

وعاد الوحدات في أجواء المباراة بعدما سجل هدفه الأول في تاريخ دوري أبطال آسيا عبر ضربة جزاء سددها أحمد سمير بنجاح، واحتسبت بعد تعرض عبدالعزيز نداي للعرقلة داخل منطقة الجزاء من قبل طارق سلمان في الدقيقة (63)…ثم سنحت فرصتان للوحدات، جاءت الأولى عبر تسديدة أحمد سمير التي أبعدها الحارس مشعل برشم إلى ركلة ركنية، ثم تمريرة البديل صالح راتب على باب المرمى والتي لم يتمكن خالد عصام من الوصول إليها ليبعدها الدفاع في الدقيقة (75).

ورد السد عبر تمريرة نام تاي-هي العرضية من الجهة اليسرى والتي تابعها بونجاح برأسه في اتجاه المرمى ولكن الحارس عبدالستار أبعدها بصعوبة إلى ركلة ركنية في الدقيقة (86) لتبقى النتيجة على حالها دون تغيير.

وتقام الجولة الرابعة من منافسات المجموعة الرابعة يوم الجمعة المقبل، حيث يلتقي الوحدات مع السد، والنصر مع فولاد خوزستان.

وكانت الجولة الأولى شهدت يوم الأربعاء الماضي تعادل الوحدات مع النصر 0-0 والسد مع فولاد خوزستان 1-1، في حين شهدت الجولة الثانية يوم السبت الماضي فوز النصر على السد 3-1 وفولاد على الوحدات 1-0.

ويتأهل إلى دور الـ16 صاحب المركز الأول في كل مجموعة، إلى جانب أفضل ستة أندية تحصل على المركز الثاني في المجموعات العشر.
