Saudi FM’s accusations against Qatar ‘regrettable’
اتهامات وزير الخارجية السعودي ضد قطر “مؤسفة”
HE the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah Alkhater has expressed surprise at the accusations made by Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel al-Jubeir against Qatar.
Alkhater said in a press statement that Jubeir’s remarks were regrettable irony, where he began by the need for reunification of visions, the Arab and Gulf ranks, and then attacked Qatar, wondering how the two things are right. She noted that Jubair forgot or pretended to forget that the policies practised by the four countries that imposed a blockade on Qatar for more than two years are policies that split the Gulf, creating a rift in joint Arab and Gulf action, and exerting pressure not only on Qatar but on a number of Arab countries. Alkhater considered that the accusations made by Jubeir were only detailed for media consumption and are not worthy of reply. QNA
أعربت سعادة السيدة لولوة الخاطر المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الخارجية، عن استغرابها للاتهامات التي وجهها عادل الجبير وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية السعودي لدولة قطر.
وقالت سعادة السيدة لولوة الخاطر في تصريح صحفي، إن فحوى تصريحات الجبير كانت من المفارقات المؤسفة، حيث بدأ حديثه بضرورة لم الشمل وتوحيد الرؤى والصف العربي والخليجي، ثم هاجم دولة قطر متسائلة كيف يستقيم الأمران.
وأشارت إلى أن الجبير نسي أو تناسى أن السياسات التي تمارسها الدول الأربع التي تفرض حصارا على دولة قطر منذ أكثر من سنتين هي السياسات التي مزقت الشمل الخليجي، وأحدثت شرخا في العمل العربي والخليجي المشترك، وهي التي تمارس ضغوطا لا على دولة قطر فقط بل على عدد من الدول العربية.
ورأت الخاطر أن الاتهامات التي كالها الجبير لا تعدو أن تكون مفصلة للاستهلاك الإعلامي ولا تستحق الرد.
