مسؤول سوداني: الشراكة الاقتصادية مع قطر دخلت مرحلة التنفيذ الفوري
Khartoum: Governor of the Red Sea State, eastern Sudan, Ali Ahmed Hamid, has said the Sudanese-Qatari economic partnerships in his State have entered the stage of immediate implementation, praising the great role played by the State of Qatar in promoting economic stability in the country.
Ahmed Hamid said in remarks to the Sudanese Radio today that economic partnerships with the State of Qatar have entered into practical programs with great success, thanks to the studies and practical designs that preceded them, QNA has reported.
He added that negotiations for these partnerships took around a year of time, and it completed all aspects and liabilities for unprecedented economic development in the region, so that the construction project of the new Sawakin port to be a model to strengthen relations between the two countries.
He noted that the strategic economic partnership agreements signed recently between the two countries have become immediate programs of action, noting that “the construction of the new port of Sawakin, which began with the Sudanese- Qatari partnership provided that the partnership of the Government of Sudan by 51%, and the State of Qatar by 49% to build the most modern port on the Red Sea coast, in terms of operational equipment at an estimated cost of more than 4 billion dollars, the first phase begins with 500 million dollars began since the signing of the agreement last week and be completed in 30 months.
He stressed that a maritime transport line will be inaugurated between Hamad Port in Qatar and Sawakin Port and all the Sudanese ports on the Red Sea. He pointed out that all preparations for receiving Qatari ships will be completed by the beginning of next April.
The Sudanese official said that major economic transformations will be made to serve the countries of the region by taking advantage of the huge future developments that will be achieved by Qatari investments in transforming the Red Sea region into a global economic outlet that provides promising opportunities for all ships transiting the Red Sea according to modern international systems.
أكد السيد علي أحمد حامد والي ولاية البحر الأحمر شرقي السودان أن الشراكات الاقتصادية السودانية القطرية في ولايته دخلت مرحلة التنفيذ الفوري ، مثمنا الدور الكبير الذي تقوم به دولة قطر في تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي في البلاد.
وقال السيد علي أحمد حامد ، في تصريحات للإذاعة السودانية اليوم، إن الشراكات الاقتصادية مع دولة قطر دخلت برامجها العملية بنجاحات كبيرة، بفضل الدراسات والتصميمات العلمية التي سبقتها.
وأضاف أن التفاوض استغرق في هذه الشراكات قرابة العام ، واكتملت فيه كافة الجوانب والمطلوبات لعمل تنموي اقتصادي غير مسبوق في المنطقة ،ليكون مشروع بناء ميناء سواكن الجديد نموذجا لتمتين العلاقات بين البلدين.
وأشار إلى أن اتفاقيات الشراكات الاقتصادية الاستراتيجية التي وقعت مؤخرا بين البلدين تحولت إلى برامج عمل فورية ، موضحا أن “مشروع بناء ميناء سواكن الجديد الذي بدأ العمل فيه بشراكة سودانية قطرية نصت على أن تكون الشراكة لحكومة السودان بنسبة 51%، ودولة قطر بنسبة 49% لبناء أحدث ميناء على ساحل البحر الأحمر، من حيث أجهزته ومعدات العمل التشغيلية بتكلفة تقدر بأكثر من 4 مليار دولار تبدأ مرحلته الأولى بـ 500 مليون دولار بدأت منذ توقيع الاتفاقية في الأسبوع الماضي وتكتمل خلال 30 شهرا”.
وأكد أنه سيتم تدشين خط نقل بحري بين ميناء حمد في دولة قطر وميناء سواكن وكافة الموانئ السودانية على البحر الأحمر ، لافتا إلى اكتمال كافة الاستعدادات لاستقبال السفن القطرية في بداية شهر ابريل المقبل.
ونوه والي ولاية البحر الأحمر، بما سيتحقق من تحولات اقتصادية كبرى تخدم دول الإقليم بالاستفادة من التطورات المستقبلية الضخمة التي ستحققها الاستثمارات القطرية بتحويل منطقة البحر الأحمر إلى منفذ اقتصادي عالمي يوفر فرصا واعدة لكافة السفن العابرة للبحر الاحمر وفق نظم عالمية حديثة.
