مراكز فحص السيارات بحاجة للرقابة

Doha: A number of citizens called on the concerned authorities to tighten their control over the centers specialized in used cars inspection, which citizens and residents resort to to inspect the condition of used vehicles and know their defects before purchasing, stressing that a large number of customers who resorted to them to check used vehicles have been victims of fraud because of the failure to show some serious defects, which are a major reason for reducing the value of cars at prices of tens of thousands of riyals.
In special statements to Al-Raya, they suggested that the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Fahes and the General Directorate of Traffic classify and evaluate these centers, and test their efficiency in the work of comprehensive inspection of vehicles after subjecting them to intensive tests starting with workers and devices used in the examination of vehicles, especially since the work of these centers lacks a clear mechanism although most of their services are focused solely on the examination of vehicles before sale, stressing the need to obtain certificates approved by those authorities to avoid any mistakes exposing citizens and residents for significant material losses due to the purchase of damaged cars.

الدوحة: دعا عددٌ من المواطنين الجهات المعنيّة إلى تشديد رقابتها على المراكز المُتخصصة في فحص السيارات المستعملة، التي يلجأ إليها المواطنون والمُقيمون للكشف عن حالة المركبات ومعرفة عيوبها قبل الشراء، مؤكدين تعرّض عدد كبير من العملاء ممن لجؤوا إليها لفحص المركبات المستعملة لأعمال احتيال بسبب عدم إظهار بعض العيوب الفادحة التي تعتبر سببًا رئيسيًا لخفض قيمة السيارات بأسعار تصل إلى عشرات الآلاف من الريالات.
واقترح هؤلاء في تصريحات خاصة لـ الراية قيام وزارة التجارة والصناعة وشركة فاحص والإدارة العامة للمرور بتصنيف وتقييم تلك المراكز، واختبار مدى كفاءتها في أعمال الفحص الشامل للمركبات بعد إخضاعها لاختبارات مكثفة تبدأ بالعاملين والأجهزة المُستخدمة في فحص المركبات، خاصة أن عمل تلك المراكز يفتقر لآلية واضحة رغم أن جلّ خدماتها تتركز فقط على فحص المركبات قبل البيع، مُشددين على ضرورة حصولهم على شهادات مُعتمدة من قِبل تلك الجهات لتفادي أي أخطاء تعرّض المواطنين والمُقيمين لخسائر مادية كبيرة بسبب شرائهم سيارات معطوبة.
