للقادمين إلى قطر .. احتراز يطلق خدمة جديدة
Ehteraz application has launched a new service for those coming to the State of Qatar, which is the “pre-registration system” that appears at the top of the application’s opening screen.
According to the application, this service aims to facilitate procedures for arrivals to the State of Qatar in order to verify health requirements and determine quarantine or exemption in advance.
Explaining that registration is optional at the moment, but it will speed up the passenger’s procedures when entering the country so that the check-in is automated, as it saves those coming to the State of Qatar a lot of time in order to avoid congestion and waiting hours.
Registration procedures
To register, you must create a username and password, provided that the email and password are specific to the applicant of the service, where the traveler receives the activation message with ease and enters the data required to register.
The Ehteraz application also indicated that the traveler can apply to one of his family members traveling on the same flight, but the decision of each traveler is taken separately based on the requirements and documents that are submitted.
What data is required to register?
The application explained that the data required for registration for the citizen and resident is the personal number, for GCC citizens the passport number and nationality, and for visitors (visa number).
A copy of the GCC passport, a valid negative PCR test result from laboratories approved by health authorities within 72 hours from the date of arrival, and a vaccination certificate issued by the competent authorities in the country of arrival (for those who have fully received the vaccine) must be attached.
A hotel reservation from “Discover Qatar” website for those who are subject to hotel quarantine, and a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 disease, issued by the approved health authorities in the country of arrival for those who were infected and recovered within a period not exceeding 9 months.
أطلق تطبيق احتراز خدمة جديدة للقادمين إلى دولة قطر وهي “نظام التسجيل المسبق” وتظهر أعلى شاشة الفتح للتطبيق.
ووفق التطبيق، تهدف هذه الخدمة إلى تسهيل إجراءات القادمين إلى دولة قطر وذلك للتأكد من المتطلبات الصحية وتحديد الحجر الصحي أو الإعفاء بشكل مسبق، موضحاً أن التسجيل هو اختياري في الوقت الحالي، إلا أنه سيسرع إجراءات المسافر عند دخوله إلى البلاد بحيث يكون التدقيق بشكل آلي، حيث يوفر على القادمين إلى دولة قطر الكثير من الوقت تجنباً للازدحام وساعات الانتظار.
إجراءات التسجيل
وللتسجيل يجب إنشاء اسم المستخدم وكلمة مرور، على أن يكون البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور خاص بالمتقدم للخدمة، حيث يستلم المسافر رسالة التفعيل بكل سهولة ويدخل على البيانات المطلوبة للتسجيل .
كما أشار تطبيق احتراز إلى أنه بإمكان المسافر التقديم لأحد أفراد عائلته المسافرين بنفس الرحلة إلا أن قرار كل مسافر يتم اتخاذه على حدة بناء على الاشتراطات والوثائق التي يتم تقديمها .
ما هي البيانات المطلوبة للتسجيل؟
وأوضح التطبيق أن البيانات المطلوبة للتسجيل بالنسبة للمواطن والمقيم هو الرقم الشخصي، وبالنسبة لمواطني مجلس التعاون الخليجي رقم الجواز والجنسية، وبالنسبة للزائرين (رقم التأشيرة).
ويتم إرفاق صورة عن الجواز للخليجي، ونتيجة فحص PCR سلبية صالحة من المختبرات المعتمدة من الجهات الصحية خلال 72 ساعة من موعد الوصول، وشهادة تطعيم صادرة من الجهات المختصة ببلد القدوم (لمن تلقوا اللقاح بشكل كامل)، والحجز الفندقي من موقع “اكتشف قطر” لمن يخضع للحجر الفندقي، وشهادة التعافي من الإصابة بمرض كوفيد – 19 صادرة من الجهات الصحية المعتمدة في دولة القدوم لمن أصيبوا وتعافوا خلال فترة لا تتجاوز 9 أشهر.
