Additional privileges for Golden Frame holders

Doha: The plan to gradually lift the restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which began its second phase yesterday, carried many concessions for those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19, as these privileges vary according to the nature of each of the four phases of the plan of lifting restrictions.

Vaccine recipients enjoy privileges in Qatar in line with global policies implemented by many countries around the world, where the privileges of people who have been vaccinated are higher than in some countries where covid-19 vaccination campaigns have been successful, allowing them to move without restrictions.

To reduce the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis, some countries have restricted travel and mobility, while others have resorted to issuing health passports for those who have received the vaccine in full, and there are so-called “safe travel corridors” in those countries for full vaccine recipients.

In this context, Qatar exempted those arriving from travel or who have contacted infected people from quarantine if they were vaccinated, and the coming period is also expected to see more privileges for this category, such as for social meetings, where 10 vaccinated people have recently been allowed to be in closed-door places, and a maximum of 20 people from full vaccine recipients or a maximum of 10 people from vaccine recipients who have not completed or received vaccine doses in open spaces in homes and majalis.

The privileges also included allowing barber shops and beauty salons to operate at 30% capacity, with all workers in these places being vaccine recipients, with regard to weddings, weddings in hotels and independent wedding halls were allowed only with 40 people, with 75% of the attendees being from vaccine recipients. As for workplaces, meetings are allowed to be held with a maximum number of 15 people provided that 10 of them being from vaccine recipients.

With regard to health clubs, fitness centers and the spa, they were allowed to operate with a capacity of up to 40%, with all employees and customers being from vaccine recipients. The second phase also includes allowing the opening of swimming pools and water parks with a capacity of not more than 40% in open spaces and 20% in indoor places and allowing only customers who have received vaccine doses to enter, in addition to allowing hygiene and hospitality companies to provide their services through their employees who have completed vaccine doses either at one home or more, as well as allowing the provision of hygiene and hospitality services to contracted facilities during working hours with a capacity of not more than 50%, through their employees who have completed vaccine doses.

الدوحة: حملت خطة الرفع التدريجي للقيود المفروضة جرّاء جائحة كورونا «كوفيد-19»، والتي بدأت مرحلتها الثانية، أمس، العديد من الامتيازات للحاصلين على اللقاح المُضاد لفيروس «كوفيد-19»، إذ تتنوع هذه الامتيازات وفقًا لطبيعة كل مرحلة من المراحل الأربع التي تتضمّنها خطة الرفع التدريجي للقيود.

ويأتي تمتع الحاصلين على اللقاح بامتيازات في قطر تماشيًا مع السياسات العالمية التي يقوم بتطبيقها العديد من دول العالم، حيث تزداد امتيازات الأشخاص الذين تلقوا التطعيم عن غيرهم في بعض الدول التي نجحت بها حملات التطعيم ضد «كوفيد-19»، الأمر الذي سمح لهؤلاء بالتنقل بدون قيود.

وللحد من تداعيات أزمة جائحة «كوفيد-19»، قيّدت بعض الدول حرية السفر والتنقل، بينما لجأت دول أخرى إلى استخراج جوازات سفر صحية لمن تلقى اللقاح كاملًا، وأصبح هناك ما يُعرف باسم «ممرات السفر الآمنة» في تلك الدول للحاصلين على جرعتي اللقاح.

وفي هذا الإطار، أعفت قطر القادمين من السفر أو المُخالطين لأشخاص مُصابين من الحجر الصحي في حال كانوا حاصلين على اللقاح، ويتوقع كذلك أن تشهد الفترة المُقبلة المزيد من الامتيازات لهذه الفئة، ومنها على سبيل المثال ما يتعلق باللقاءات الاجتماعية، حيث تم السماح مُؤخرًا بتواجد 10 أشخاص مُطعّمين في الأماكن المُغلقة، والسماح بتجمّع 20 شخصًا بحد أقصى من المُطعّمين أو 10 أشخاص بحد أقصى من المُطعّمين مع الذين لم يستكملوا أو لم يتلقوا جرعات اللقاح بالأماكن المفتوحة في المنازل والمجالس.

كما شملت الامتيازات السماح لمحلات الحلاقة وصالونات التجميل بالعمل بنسبة 30% من الطاقة الاستيعابية، على أن يكون جميع العاملين بهذه الأماكن من الحاصلين على اللقاح.. وفيما يتعلق بحفلات الزفاف، تم السماح بإقامة حفلات الزفاف في الفنادق وقاعات الأفراح المُستقلة فقط بوجود 40 شخصًا، على أن يكون 75% من الحضور من الحاصلين على اللقاح.. أما بالنسبة لأماكن العمل، فقد تم السماح بعقد الاجتماعات بحد أقصى 15 شخصًا، بينهم 10 من المُطعّمين.

وفيما يتعلق بالأندية الصحية ومراكز اللياقة البدنية و»السبا»، تم السماح لها بالعمل بطاقة استيعابية تصل إلى 40% على أن يكون جميع العاملين بتلك المُنشآت والعملاء من الحاصلين على جرعات اللقاح. كما تشمل المرحلة الثانية السماح بفتح برك السباحة وحدائق الألعاب المائية بطاقة لا تتجاوز 40% في الأماكن المفتوحة، و20% في الأماكن المُغلقة والسماح فقط بدخول العملاء الذين حصلوا على جرعات اللقاح، بالإضافة للسماح لشركات النظافة والضيافة بتقديم خدماتها من خلال العاملين لديها الذين استكملوا جرعات اللقاح سواء في منزل أو أكثر، وكذلك السماح بتقديم خدمات النظافة والضيافة للمُنشآت المُتعاقدة معها أثناء ساعات العمل بطاقة استيعابية لا تتجاوز 50%، وذلك من خلال العاملين لديها الذين استكملوا جرعات اللقاح.
