Jet Ski: an Indispensable activity during the summer

Doha: A number of citizens confirmed that marine sports are considered one of the most important activities that can not be dispensed with during the summer period, as they allocate wild activities to the winter period and marine activities to the summer, water bike riding known as jet ski is one of the most active activities in the sea, followed by jet boat, kayaking and other water games,

They said in their interview with Al-Sharq: Going down to the sea is a hobby for recreation and breaking the daily routine away from restrictions, as it is a sport that applies social distancing measures and does not include gatherings, and it is also an enjoyable sport and it strengthens muscles.

They added that they prefer buying a Jet Ski instead of renting one, and added that when you have your own jet ski, it gives you the freedom to go down to the sea whenever you want without any restrictions, and they called on the competent authorities to provide more landing areas to the sea to avoid crowding, especially at the end of the week.

For their part, employees in shops selling and renting marine games confirmed that all water games are available and in great demand, as jet ski is one of the activities most loved by young people, and it is considered one of the favorites for Qataris, and recently there has been a great demand for it by women, and they stressed that the Coronavirus crisis has increased the large turnout on marine activities.

They praised the efforts made by the Coast Guard in monitoring and protecting everyone and enforcing the laws, and thanks to them, there are not many accidents and problems at sea, and everyone was able to spend an enjoyable time without any disturbance.

الدوحة: أكد عدد من المواطنين أن الرياضات البحرية تعتبر من أهم النشاطات التي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها خلال فترة الصيف، حيث إنهم يخصصون النشاطات البرية في فترة الشتاء والنشاطات البحرية في الصيف، ويعتبر ركوب الدراجة المائية المعروفة بالجت سكي من أكثر النشاطات التي تمارس في البحر، يليها الجت بوت والكاياك والألعاب المائية الأخرى،

وقالوا في حديثهم لـ الشرق: إن نزول البحر هواية للترويح عن النفس وكسر الروتين اليومي بعيداً عن القيود كونها رياضة تطبق إجراءات التباعد الاجتماعي والمسافة الآمنة ولا تكون فيه تجمعات، كما أنها رياضة ممتعة وتقوى العضلات، وأضافوا إنهم يحبذون شراء الجت سكي بدلاً من الإيجار، وأضافوا إنه عندما يكون لديك الجت سكي خاص فذلك يمنحك حرية النزول إلى البحر متى ما أردت دون أي ارتباط، وطالبوا الجهات المختصة بتوفير مناطق نزول أكثر للبحر تجنبا للازدحام خاصة في نهاية الأسبوع.

ومن جانبهم أكد موظفون في محلات لبيع وتأجير الألعاب البحرية أن جميع الألعاب المائية متوفرة وعليها إقبال كبير حيث يعتبر الجت سكي من أكثر النشاطات التي يحبها الشباب، وتعتبر من المفضلة لدى القطريين ومؤخرا اصبح هناك إقبال كبير عليها من السيدات وأكدوا أن أزمة كورونا زادت من كثرة الإقبال على النشاطات البحرية.

وأشادوا بالمجهودات التي يقوم بها خفر السواحل في مراقبة وحماية الجميع وتطبيق القوانين وبفضلهم لا يوجد هناك الكثير من الحوادث والمشاكل داخل البحر وتمكن الجميع من قضاء وقت ممتع دون أي إزعاج.
