Ronaldo contradicts expectations and reveals his future destination

Portuguese newspaper Record revealed the 36 year old Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo’s next destination after his contract expires with the Old Lady in the summer of next year, this came in a report published on Tuesday.

According to the Portuguese newspaper, Ronaldo decided to complete his current contract with Juventus, and then return to his childhood club, Sporting Lisbon, which he left 18 years ago.

According to the report, Ronaldo intends to play in the Lisbon shirt for two seasons before retiring from football at the age of 39.

This comes, unlike many recent reports, suggesting that the player is close to Manchester United or Paris Saint-Germain, or even returning to his former club Real Madrid, according to RT.

Ronaldo left Lisbon at the age of 17, moving to Manchester United, from there to Real Madrid and then to Juventus.

كشفت صحيفة “ريكورد” البرتغالية في تقرير لها يوم الثلاثاء، عن وجهة كريستيانو رونالدو، نجم يوفنتوس الإيطالي البالغ 36 عاما، بعد انتهاء عقده مع “السيدة العجوز” صيف العام المقبل.

وحسب الصحيفة البرتغالية، فإن رونالدو قرر استكمال عقده الحالي مع يوفنتوس، ومن ثم العودة إلى نادي طفولته، سبورتينغ لشبونة، والذي رحل عنه قبل 18 عاما.

وأضاف التقرير، أن رونالدو ينوي اللعب بقميص لشبونة لمدة موسمين قبل اعتزاله كرة القدم وهو في سن الـ39 عاما.

ويأتي ذلك، بخلاف العديد من التقارير التي راجت مؤخرا، وتشير إلى أن اللاعب قريب من مانشستر يونايتد أو باريس سان جيرمان، أو حتى العودة إلى ناديه السابق ريال مدريد، وفقا لموقع “RT”.

وغادر رونالدو لشبونة وهو في سن الـ17 عاما، حيث انتقل إلى مانشستر يونايتد الإنجليزي، ومنه إلى ريال مدريد الإسباني، ثم إلى يوفنتوس الإيطالي.
