وأكد التقرير أنه وبعيدا عن القطاع التجاري فإن قطر تعد من بين أكثر البلدان استثمارا في بريطانيا، وبالأخص في مجال العقارات التي يعد فيها جهاز قطر للاستثمار أحد أبرز اللاعبين الرئيسيين في العاصمة لندن، من خلال امتلاكه لمجموعة من البنايات والفنادق، بالإضافة إلى ما يحوزه مختلف رجال الأعمال القطريين من العقارات في المملكة المتحدة، لافتا إلى أن المرحلة المقبلة ستشهد ضخ القطريين للمزيد من الأموال في أسواق المملكة المتحدة، وهو الحال ذاته مع مختلف الجهات البريطانية الحكومية أو الخاصة التي تنوي استثمار المزيد من الأموال في الدوحة، خلال الفترة التي تسبق كأس العالم 2022، مرجعا ذلك إلى التسهيلات الكبيرة التي تقدمها الحكومة القطرية للمستثمرين الأجانب الراغبين في دخول عالم الأعمال المحلي.
