Doha: Qatar TV reviewed in a report on Sunday evening the latest measures related to the travel and return policy to Qatar announced by the Ministry of Public Health, Friday, as the progress of the Coronavirus vaccination process for eligible groups.

MoPH announced yesterday that 327,582 Covid-19 vaccine doses have been given to members of the community since the launch of the National Covid-19 vaccination program in Qatar.

** Here are the latest details of Qatar’s biggest Coronavirus vaccination campaign and the new travel and return policy:

* People who have received the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine can travel and return to Qatar without being quarantined provided that the vaccine is taken in Qatar and travelling is due 14 days after taking the second dose, regardless of where they have spent that period, whether in Qatar or abroad.

* The first phase of the Coronavirus vaccination began on December 23rd in 7 health centers then gradually increasing the number of facilities and expanding the vaccinated categories.

* The vaccination process is carried out by using two vaccines, Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna, where MoPH issued on December 20 and February 10 permission to register and use emergency vaccines Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna, respectively.

* 10% of Qatar’s adult population has already received at least one dose of the vaccine so far, according to H.E. Dr. Hanan Mohamed al-Kuwari, Minister of Public Health.

* The Covid-19 vaccination campaign, the largest vaccination campaign the country has ever seen, is continuing in its first phase, which ends at the end of March.

* The first phase of Coronavirus vaccination has been allocated to health-care staff most vulnerable to infection and first responders in various state institutions, patients with extended care and home care and all persons over the age of 50, as well as nearly half of the workers in the education sector, with the other half to be vaccinated under the second phase, which begins at the beginning of April and includes, along with teachers, all health care staff and key workers in ministries, industries, vital professions and services not covered in the first phase, according to Qatar tv report.

* All 40-year-olds can obtain vaccine in the second phase, which lasts until the end of June.

* The 4-stage Coronavirus vaccination strategy in Qatar, which ends at the end of October, aims to vaccinate the entire population and to this end, all primary health centers provide the vaccine by invitation only in accordance with the phased vaccination plan.

* The National Convention Centre was also assigned as a vaccination center for specific categories and a drive-through vaccination center has been set up in Lusail to receive only the second dose without the need for an appointment.

* According to the latest data announced by MoPH yesterday, more than half of people aged 60 and over are among the populations most vulnerable to the health risks associated with Covid-19 and have so far received at least their first dose of the vaccine.

* 61% of people over the age of 80, 61% of people over 70 years of age and 55% of people over 60 have received the vaccine.

* During the first 6 weeks of the vaccination program, about 60,000 doses of vaccine were given to people at high risk of severe complications from Covid-19, while the past six weeks have seen more than 267,000 doses given to priority groups.

* Priority vaccination categories during the current period have been identified as follows: persons aged 50 and over regardless of their health conditions, people with moderate chronic conditions regardless of their age, and more health-care personnel and other key personnel from various ministries and state institutions, including teachers and administrative staff at educational facilities.

* The process of booking vaccination appointments will remain unchanged, with Primary Health Care Corporation teams contacting people who meet the vaccination criteria to book appointments, and people can call the foundation on 40277077 to book a vaccination appointment at a primary health care center.

* An online registration system is also available on the MoPH website, which allows people wishing to obtain the vaccine to register their wish electronically.

الدوحة: استعرض تلفزيون قطر في تقرير مساء الأمس آخر الإجراءات المتعلقة بسياسة السفر والعودة إلى دولة قطر التي تم الإعلان عنها من وزارة الصحة، الجمعة، في ظل تقدم عملية التطعيم ضد فيروس كورونا “كوفيد 19” والفئات المؤهلة.

وأعلنت وزارة الصحة الأمس أنه تم حتى الآن إعطاء 327 ألفاً و582 جرعة من لقاح كوفيد-19 لأفراد المجتمع منذ بدء البرنامج الوطني للتطعيم ضد كوفيد-19 في دولة قطر.

** إليك أخر التفاصيل عن أكبر حملة تطعيم تشهدها قطر ضد كورونا وجديد سياسة السفر والعودة:

* الأشخاص الذين تلقوا الجرعة الثانية من اللقاح المضاد لـ”كوفيد 19″ يمكنهم السفر والرجوع إلى دولة قطر دون الخضوع للحجر الصحي شريطة أخذ اللقاح في قطر ومرور فترة 14 يوماً من أخذ الجرعة الثانية بغض النظر عن المكان الذي قضوا فيه تلك الفترة سواء في دولة قطر أو خارجها.

* بدأت المرحلة الأولى من التطعيم ضد كورونا في 23 ديسمبر الماضي وذلك في 7 مراكز صحية قبل أن يتم زيادة العدد في مرحلة لاحقة وتوسعة الفئات المشمولة بالتطعيم.

* تتم عملية التطعيم باستخدام  لقاحين هما “فايزر وبايونتيك” و”موديرنا”، حيث أصدرت وزارة الصحة في 20 ديسمبر الماضي و10 فبراير الإذن بالتسجيل والاستخدام الطارئ للقاح الأول والثاني على الترتيب.

* %10 من سكان قطر البالغين قد تلقوا بالفعل جرعة واحدة على الأقل من اللقاح حتى الآن، بحسب سعادة الدكتورة حنان محمد الكواري وزير الصحة العامة.

* تتواصل حملة التلقيح ضد فيروس كورونا “كوفيد 19” وهي أضخم حملة تلقيح تشهدها الدولة، في مرحلتها الأولى التي تنتهي مع نهاية شهر مارس.

* خصصت المرحلة الأولى من التطعيم ضد كورونا لكوادر الرعاية الصحية الأكثر عرضة للعدوى وكوادر الاستجابة الأولى في مختلف مؤسسات الدولة ومرضى الرعاية المطولة والرعاية المنزلية وجميع الأشخاص الذين تتجاوز أعمارهم الخمسين عاماً فضلاً عن ما يقارب نصف العاملين في قطاع التعليم على أن يتم تطعيم النصف الآخر في إطار المرحلة الثانية التي تنطلق مع بداية شهر أبريل وتشمل إلى جانب المعلمين جميع كوادر الرعاية الصحية والعاملين الأساسيين في الوزارات والصناعات والمهن الحيوية والخدمية غير المشمولين بالمرحلة الأولى، بحسب تقرير تلفزيون قطر.

* يمكن لكل الأشخاص الذين يبلغون من العمر 40 عاماً القيام بعملية التلقيح في هذه المرحلة الثانية التي تتواصل إلى نهاية شهر يونيو..

* استراتيجية التطعيم ضد كورونا في دولة قطر تتألف من 4 مراحل تنتهي مع نهاية شهر أكتوبر وتهدف إلى تطعيم جميع السكان ولبلوغ هذا الغرض تتولى جميع المراكز الصحية الأولية تقديم اللقاح عن طريق الدعوة فقط وفقاً لخطة التطعيم المرحلية..

* كما تم تخصيص فضاء في المركز الوطني للمؤتمرات لفئات محددة كما تم إنشاء مركزاً للتطعيم عبر السيارة في منطقة لوسيل لاستقبال الأشخاص الذين يتلقون الجرعة الثانية فقط دون الحاجة إلى موعد مسبق.

* بحسب آخر البيانات المعلنة من وزارة الصحة اليوم، فإن أكثر من نصف الأشخاص بعمر 60 عاماً فما فوق وهم من بين الفئات السكانية الأكثر عرضة للمخاطر الصحية المرتبطة بكوفيد-19 قد تلقوا حتى الآن جرعتهم الأولى على الأقل من اللقاح.

* %61 من الأشخاص الذين تزيد أعمارهم عن 80 عاماً و 61% من الأشخاص الذين تزيد أعمارهم عن 70 عاماً و 55% من الأشخاص الذين تزيد أعمارهم عن 60 عاماً قد تلقوا اللقاح.

* تم خلال الـ6 أسابيع الأولى من برنامج التطعيم إعطاء حوالي 60 ألف جرعة من اللقاح للأشخاص الأكثر عرضة لخطر الإصابة بمضاعفات شديدة بسبب كوفيد-19، بينما شهدت الأسابيع الستة الماضية إعطاء أكثر من 267 ألف جرعة للفئات ذات الأولوية.

* تم تحديد الفئات ذات الأولوية في الحصول على التطعيم خلال الفترة الحالية على النحو التالي: الأشخاص بعمر 50 عاماً فما فوق بغض النظر عن حالاتهم الصحية، والأشخاص الذين يعانون من حالات مرضية مزمنة متوسطة الشدة بغض النظر عن أعمارهم، والمزيد من كوادر الرعاية الصحية والعاملين الأساسيين الآخرين من مختلف الوزارات ومؤسسات الدولة، بما في ذلك المعلمون والكوادر الإدارية بالمرافق التعليمية.

* ستظل عملية حجز مواعيد التطعيم كما هي دون تغيير، حيث تقوم فرق مؤسسة الرعاية الصحية الأولية بالاتصال مباشرة بالأشخاص المستوفين لمعايير الحصول على اللقاح لحجز مواعيد لهم، كما يمكنهم الاتصال بالمؤسسة على الرقم 40277077 لحجز موعد للتطعيم في أحد مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية.

* يتوفر أيضاً نظام للتسجيل عبر الإنترنت على الموقع الإلكتروني لوزارة الصحة والذي يتيح للأشخاص الراغبين في الحصول على اللقاح تسجيل رغبتهم إلكترونياً.
