Our Embassy in London: new requirements of the UK entry

Doha: Our Embassy in London has issued an alert on travel and entry to the U.K. procedures that the British government implemented to limit the spread of the Coronavirus.
According to the embassy’s official Twitter account, the UK’s Coronavirus access requirements are:
– A Negative test result during three days prior to travel
– Book and pay for the test package (online)
– Complete the “Passenger Locator” form
the embassy noted that you may be asked to show these details to passport officers when you arrive.
Arrival from Qatar
If you arrive from Qatar (which is not on the red list), our embassy clarified that you do not need to self-isolate in a hotel, but you must be self-isolated at home for 10 days and follow the Covid-19’s testing rules.
The Red List
If you are travelling from one of the red-listed countries, you must be quarantined at a government-approved hotel for 10 days.
An early exit system cannot be used if you are quarantined at government-approved hotels.
Non-red list
Our embassy noted that if you arrive from a country that is not on the red list, you must be quarantined for 10 days starting the day you entered the UK, and conduct a covid-19 home test on the 2nd and 8th day of quarantine using the NHS test and trace examination package, If you want an early quarantine exit, you can choose “Release to Test” on the 5th day, and when you complete the Passenger Locator form, and do an additional PCR check at an accredited center on the 5th day after your arrival, as well as following national closure rules.

الدوحة: أصدرت سفارتنا في لندن تنبيهاً بشأن اجراءات وضوابط السفر والدخول إلى المملكة المتحدة التي طبقتها الحكومة البريطانية للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا .
وأوضحت – وفق حسابها الرسمي على موقع تويتر – أن متطلبات الدخول للمملكة المتحدة المتعلقة بفيروس كورونا هي :
نتيجة فحص سلبية خلال الأيام الثلاثة التي تسبق السفر
حجز حزمة الفحص (في المنزل) ودفع ثمنها
إكمال نموذج “تحديد موقع المسافر”
وأشارت إلى أنه قد يطلب منك إظهار هذه التفاصيل من موظفي الجوازات عند وصولك.
الوصول من قطر
في حالة وصولك من قطر (غير مدرجة في القائمة الحمراء)، أوضحت سفارتنا أنه لن تحتاج إلى القيام بالعزل الذاتي في فندق، ولكن يجب القيام بالعزل الذاتي في المنزل لمدة 10 أيام واتباع قواعد فحص كوفيد – 19.
القائمة الحمراء
أما إذا كنت مسافرا من أحد البلدان المدرجة في القائمة الحمراء، فيجب عليك الحجر الصحي في أحد الفنادق المعتمدة من قبل الحكومة لمدة 10 أيام .
لا يمكن استخدام نظام الخروج المبكر إن كنت تطبق الحجر الصحي في الفنادق المعتمدة من قبل الحكومة.
القائمة غير الحمراء
وأشارت سفارتنا إلى أنه في حال وصولك من دولة ليست على القائمة الحمراء، فعليك الحجر الصحي لمدة 10 أيام من الدخول للمملكة المتحدة، وإجراء فحص كوفيد – 19 في المنزل فى اليوم 2 و8 من الحجر الصحي باستخدام حزمة الفحص المزودة من خدمة الفحص والتعقب التابعة لهيئة الخدمات الصحية الوطنية NHS ، وإذا أردت الخروج المبكر من الحجر الصحي، في اليوم 5، يجب اختيار “Release to Test”، وعند إكمال نموذح Form Locator Passenger والقيام بفحص PCR إضافي في مركز معتمد في اليوم 5 بعد وصولك بالإضافة إلى اتباع قواعد الإغلاق الوطنية.
