Milaha Discloses Financial Statements for 2020

Doha: Qatar Navigation (Milaha) disclosed its financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2020, reporting net profit of QR 59 million, compared to a net profit of QR 547 million for the previous year.
Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.05 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2020 compared to EPS of QR 0.48 for the previous year.
The Board of Directors decided to recommend 30% cash dividend of the par value of a share, equivalent to QR 0.3 per share.
Founded in 1957, Milaha was listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange in 1997. Its authorized capital amounts to 1 billion, 145 million and 252 thousand riyals and the number of its tradable shares is 1 billion, 42 million, 612 thousand and 360 shares.

الدوحة: أعلنت شركة الملاحة القطرية /شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية/ أنها حققت صافي ربح سنوي بلغ 59 مليون ريال للعام 2020، مقابل صافي ربح بلغ 547 مليون ريال في العام 2019.
وقالت شركة /ملاحة/ إن ربحية السهم بلغت 0.05 ريال في العام 2020 مقابل 0.48ريال للعام 2019، مشيرة إلى مقترح لمجلس إدارتها بتوزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين بـ0.3 ريال قطري.
يذكر أن شركة الملاحة القطرية تأسست في عام 1957 م وأدرجت في بورصة قطر في عام 1997 ويبلغ رأس مالها المصرح به مليارا و 145 مليونا و 252 ألف ريال وعدد أسهمها القابلة للتداول مليار و42 مليونا و612 ألفا و 360 سهما.
