Qatari German Medical Devices Company Obtains QR 30 Million Supply Orders

Doha: The Qatari German Medical Devices Company, a Qatari shareholding company, said that it obtained contracts and direct supply orders from the local and international market, worth more than QR 30 million, in January 2021 which will be reflected positively on the financial statements for the coming period.

In a statement, the company noted its keenness to apply the principle of disclosure and transparency to share the achievements with the company’s shareholders and investors, to inform them of the efforts made by the company to achieve its strategic goals adopted by the Board of Directors which resulted in reducing its operating losses and its general and administrative expenses by 35.89 percent in the third quarter of 2020 compared to the same period of 2019.

The disclosure and transparency policy comes in the frameworks of providing the information requested by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority and other regulatory authorities, or as requested by the stakeholders at the appropriate time and in the manner that enables the information seeker to make his right decision, the matter that regulates the dealings of insiders in the securities issued by the company or any company of its group, and works to avoid conflicts of interest and limit it and to achieve public benefit under the concept of fair investment in the market.

Qatari German Medical Devices Company was established in 2000 and listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange in 2002 with an authorized capital of QR 115,500 million, and with negotiable shares of 114,633,750.

الدوحة: أعلنت الشركة القطرية الألمانية للمستلزمات الطبية /شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية/، أنها تمكنت خلال شهر يناير 2021 من الحصول على عدد من العقود وطلبات التوريد المباشرة من السوق المحلي والعالمي بما يزيد قيمته عن 30 مليون ريال والتي ستنعكس ايجاباً على البيانات المالية للفترة القادمة.

وأشارت الشركة ،في بيان لها، إلى حرصها على تطبيق مبدأ الإفصاح والشفافية لمشاركة الإنجازات مع مساهمي ومستثمري الشركة لاطلاعهم على الجهود التي تبذلها الشركة لتحقيق أهدافها الإستراتيجية التي تبناها مجلس الإدارة، والتي أثمرت عن تخفيض خسائرها التشغيلية والمصاريف الادارية والعمومية بنسبة 35.89% في الربع الثالث من العام 2020 مقارنة بنفس الفترة من العام 2019.

وتعتبر سياسة الإفصاح والشفافية في اطر توفير المعلومات التي تطلبها هيئة قطر للأسواق المالية وغيرها من الجهات الرقابية او يطلبها اصحاب المصالح في الوقت المناسب وبالكيفية التي تمكن طالب المعلومة من اتخاذ قراره السليم، والذي ينظم تعامل الاشخاص المطلعين في الاوراق المالية التي تصدرها الشركة أو أي شركة من مجموعتها، ويعمل على تجنب تضارب المصالح والحد منها وتحقيق النفع العام في ظل مفهوم الاستثمار النزيه في السوق.

يذكر أن الشركة القطرية الألمانية للمستلزمات الطبية تأسست في عام2000 وتم إدراجها في بورصة قطر في عام 2002 ويبلغ رأس مالها المصرح به 115 مليونا و 500 ألف ريال قطري وعدد أسهمها القابلة للتداول 114 مليونا و 633 ألفا و 750 سهما.
