Doha: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) said that it has been decided to provide comprehensive establishment and renewal services only via the “Single Window” platform.

“In line with precautionary measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and within the framework of MOCI efforts to facilitate the procedures for establishing companies and renewing of the commercial registration and licenses, it has been decided to provide the comprehensive establishment service and the comprehensive renewal service electronically only via the Single Window Platform, as of February 28, 2021. Individuals following up on these services will no longer be received at the MOCI and its branches,” it said.

Comprehensive Establishment Service

• Reserve a trade name upon comprehensive incorporation.
• Issuance of the commercial registration
• Issuance of the commercial license
• Issuance of regulatory and subsidiary licenses of all kinds

Comprehensive Renewal Service

All commercial registrations and licenses without being restricted to the condition that they expire within 60 days.

• Renewal from one to five years

• Renewal is possible without being restricted to the condition that commercial records and licenses should expire within 60 days.

الدوحة: أعلنت وزارة التجارة والصناعة إنه تقرر تقديم خدمات التأسيس والتجديد الشاملة فقط عبر منصة “النافذة الواحدة”.

وأضافت الوزارة في تغريدة على حسابها على موقع تويتر: “تماشياً مع الإجراءات الاحترازية للحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-١٩) وفي إطار جهود وزارة التجارة والصناعة الرامية إلى تيسير واختصار إجراءات تأسيس الشركات و تجديد السجلات والرخص التجارية ، فقد تقرر إتاحة خدمة التأسيس الشامل و خدمة التجديد الشامل إلكترونياً فقط وذلك عبر موقع النافذة الواحدة إبتداءً من تاريخ 28 /2 / 2021. وعليه، سيتم وقف استقبال المراجعين.”
