Two gymnasiums closed for non-compliance with Covid-19 measures
إغلاق صالتين رياضيتين لعدم الامتثال لتدابير كوفيد-١٩
Doha: Ministry of Commerce and Industry ordered the closure of two gymnasiums in The Pearl Qatar and Al-Meshaf area.
The ministry stated that the gymnasiums were closed for one week each for non-compliance with Covid-19 precautionary and preventive measures put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and preserve public health.
This inspection campaign comes as part of the Ministry’s keen efforts to monitor and regulate markets and commercial activities across Qatar, and to monitor the degree of compliance with laws and regulations governing commercial activities, as well as following up on compliance with the Ministry’s circulars regarding the precautionary and preventive measures.
The Ministry stressed that it would neither tolerate any negligence in terms of meeting obligations stipulated in Law No. (5) of 2015 on Commercial, Industrial and Similar Public Shops, and Street Vendors, nor would it allow violation of the circulars regarding precautionary and preventive measures to preserve public health.
The Ministry assured that it intends to intensify its inspection campaigns to control violating practices. Any party who violates laws and Ministerial decisions will be referred to the competent authorities, who will take appropriate measures against violators to protect consumer rights.
The Ministry also urged all citizens and residents to report any violations or infractions related to registration and commercial licensing, or any violation of precautionary and preventive measures.
الدوحة: أغلقت وزارة التجارة والصناعة صالة ألعاب رياضية في كل من منطقة المشاف واللؤلؤة.
وأوضحت الوزارة أنه تم إغلاق الصالات الرياضية لمدة أسبوع واحد لكل منها لعدم الامتثال للإجراءات الاحترازية والوقائية لـ كوفيد-١٩ الموضوعة لمنع انتشار فيروس كورونا والحفاظ على الصحة العامة.
وتأتي هذه الحملة التفتيشية في إطار جهود الوزارة الحثيثة لرصد وتنظيم الأسواق والأنشطة التجارية في جميع أنحاء دولة قطر ، ورصد درجة الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المنظمة للأنشطة التجارية ، وكذلك متابعة الالتزام بتعاميم الوزارة بشأن التدابير الاحترازية والوقائية.
وشددت الوزارة على أنها لن تتسامح مع أي تقصير في الوفاء بالالتزامات المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم (5) لسنة 2015 بشأن المحلات التجارية والصناعية وما في حكمها ، بالإضافة لبائعي الشوارع ، ولن تسمح بمخالفة التعاميم المتعلقة بالاحتياطات والتدابير الوقائية للحفاظ على الصحة العامة.
وأكدت الوزارة أنها تعتزم تكثيف حملاتها التفتيشية لضبط الممارسات المخالفة. وسيتم إحالة أي طرف يخالف القوانين والقرارات الوزارية إلى الجهات المختصة التي ستتخذ الإجراءات المناسبة ضد المخالفين لحماية حقوق المستهلك.
كما حثت الوزارة جميع المواطنين والمقيمين على الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو انتهاكات تتعلق بالتسجيل والترخيص التجاري ، أو أي مخالفة للإجراءات الاحترازية والوقائية.
