December 13, 1995, marked the delicious beginning of a lifelong journey when McDonald’s first opened in Qatar. Equipped with a drive-thru service for their customer’s utmost comfort, until date, the McDonald’s, Suhaim Bin Hamad remains one of the most popular outlets in Doha. The team’s wholehearted efforts in delivering feel-good moments saw unmatched success, and soon McDonald’s was here for the people in every corner of the country.
Always thinking of their customers, McDonald’s made sure they get to wake up to tastier and brighter mornings with the introduction of their Breakfast Menu in 2011. The brand didn’t stop at just providing them with the tastiest food but took it a step ahead to deliver this happiness right at their doorsteps. In 2008, McDonald’s started with a convenient delivery service, which further evolved with the technologically advancing world into the McDelivery App in 2014.
The following year, this delightful journey brought with it joyful drinks and sweet treats with the origination of McCafé in August 2015. Today, running in almost every outlet, it is considered one of the go-to places to enjoy drinks with a little dose of sweetness on the side. The addition of the Self-ordering Kiosks at the stores, and of course, the continuously growing staff and customers in the same year, made 2015 a milestone for McDonald’s.
The year 2018 saw the brand introducing the McDonald’s App, adding an extra layer of love and happiness for their customers! Already packed with lots of great offers and discounts on all those delicious products, in 2020, the app introduced the McDonald’s loyalty Rewards Program, an exciting new feature for customers to double their fun!
