It offers new improvements to the booking policy, which is designed to provide more flexible travel options that will enable travellers to enjoy a comfortable and secure travel experience. Qatar Airways also offers passengers the option to redeem tickets with a travel voucher with an additional 10% value when booking online and the process of redeeming travel vouchers is fast and easy, with passengers able to apply online and receive a travel voucher within 48 hours.
Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, Qatar Airways has introduced new measures to maintain the health and safety of passengers on its flights, announcing the provision of business class dining service on trays instead of moving tables as well as laminated cutlery as an alternative to individual cutlery. These measures are aimed at reducing communication and contact between hospitality staff and passengers. The carrier will continue to provide meals packaged as usual in economy class and will place a number of sterilization packages in the aircraft’s kitchen that can be used by cabin crew or passengers. All assembly areas on aircraft have also been closed in accordance with the rules of social spacing.

وقالت الخطوط الجوية القطرية “ان صحة وسلامة وراحة المسافرين تعتلي رأس اولوياتنا سواء كان ذلك على متن طائراتنا او في مطار حمد الدولي، وأشارت الى التزامها بخدمة جميع مسافريها طوال عام 2021 من خلال منحهم الخيارات والمرونة القصوى في تغيير الحجوزات عبر امكانية تغيير مواعيد حجوزات التذاكر لعدد غير محدود من المرات للسفر بحلول 31 ديسمبر 2021، بالإضافة إلى استرداد قيمة التذاكر دون أي رسوم إضافية وذلك لجميع التذاكر التي تم اصدارها قبل 30 أبريل 2021. وتقدم التحسينات الجديدة على سياسة الحجز والتي تم تصميمها لتوفر المزيد من خيارات سفر مرنة من شأنها تمكين المسافرين من الاستمتاع بتجربة سفر عنوانها الراحة والاطمئنان. كما تتيح الخطوط القطرية للمسافرين خيار استبدال التذاكر بقسيمة سفر مع 10 % قيمة إضافية عند الحجز عبر الموقع الإلكتروني وتتسم عملية استبدال قسائم السفر بالسرعة والسهولة، حيث يتمكن المسافرون من التقديم عبر الإنترنت، والحصول على قسيمة السفر خلال 48 ساعة. ومنذ بداية جائحة كوفيد-19، طبقت الخطوط القطرية إجراءات جديدة للمحافظة على صحة وسلامة المسافرين على رحلاتها، حيث أعلنت عن تقديم خدمة الطعام على درجة رجال الأعمال على الصينية بدلاً من الطاولات المتحركة بالإضافة إلى تقديم أدوات مائدة مغلفة كبديل لأدوات المائدة التي تقدم كل على حدة. وتهدف هذه الإجراءات إلى تقليل الاتصال والتلامس بين طاقم الضيافة والركاب. وسوف تستمر الناقلة بتقديم الوجبات مغلفة كالمعتاد على الدرجة السياحية وسوف تضع عدداً من عبوات التعقيم في مطبخ الطائرة يمكن استخدامها من قبل طاقم الطائرة أو المسافرين. كما تم إغلاق كافة أماكن التجمع على الطائرات التزاماً بقواعد التباعد الاجتماعي.
