Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday Law No. (11) of 2020 regarding railways.

The law shall be implemented and enforced from the day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

H H the Amir also issued Law No. (10) of 2020 regarding the protection of industrial designs. The law stipulates its implementation and is to be published in the Official Gazette.

H H the Amir also issued decree No. 37 of 2020 approving the accession of the State of Qatar to the Protocol Of 1988 Relating To The International Convention For The Safety Of Life At Sea, 1974 (SOLAS), the text of which is attached to this decree and shall have the force of law, according to Article (68) of the Constitution.

The decree shall be implemented and enforced from the date of its issuance, and is to be published in the Official Gazette.

أصدر حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، اليوم، قانون رقم (11) لسنة 2020 بشأن السكك الحديدية.

وقضى القانون بتنفيذه والعمل به من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

أصدر حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، أمس، قانون رقم (10) لسنة 2020 بشأن حماية الرسوم والنماذج الصناعية. وقضى القانون بتنفيذه، وأن ينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.

أصدر حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أمير البلاد المفدى، أمس، المرسوم رقم (37) لسنة 2020 بالموافقة على انضمام دولة قطر إلى بروتوكول 1988 للاتفاقية الدولية لسلامة الأرواح في البحار 1974 (سولاس)، المرفق نصه بهذا المرسوم، وتكون له قوة القانون، وفقاً للمادة (68) من الدستور. وقضى المرسوم بتنفيذه والعمل به من تاريخ صدوره، وأن ينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
