Amazon customers receive kitchen tools instead of the Playstation 5

Doha: Amazon customers were shocked in Britain after they received kitchen tools and animal food packages, instead a (Playstation 5) devices they bought from the company.

The Customers had booked the device for many months, so they shared their frustration at what they found in the packages on Twitter. According to a tweet by the British journalist Bex April May, it appears that the thieves stole the PS5 devices before it was delivered to them on Thursday and Friday.

The journalist’s tweet witnessed a great deal of interaction from users who confirmed that they faced similar situations.

One of them mentioned that he had received a coffee machine instead of the PS … while another received a foot massager, and one of the users got dog food.

In Britain and the United States, it was difficult and sometimes impossible for many to obtain the long-awaited new Sony gaming console.

A spokesman for Amazon said that he was investigating what had happened and urged anyone with the same situation to contact its customer service team.

He added: “All we do is make our customers happy, this did not happen to a small percentage of these requests, we are really sorry about that, we are investigating exactly what happened, and we’re communicating with every customer who has a problem and let us know so that we can correct it, as anyone with a problem or any request can contact the customer service team for assistance.

الدوحة: صدمة تلقاها بعض عملاء أمازون في بريطانيا بعد أن استلموا أدوات مطبخ وطعام حيوانات، بدلاً من طرود كان يفترض أنها تعود لأجهزة (بلايستيشن 5) اشتروها من الشركة .

وشارك العملاء الذين قاموا بحجز الجهاز من شهور طويلة على تويتر إحباطهم مما وجدوه في الطرود.. ووفق تغريدة للصحافية البريطانية Bex April May ، فيبدو أن اللصوص سرقوا أجهزة (PS5 ) قبل تسليمها يومى الخميس والجمعة.

وشهدت تغريدة الصحافية تفاعلاً كبيراً من المستخدمين الذين أكَّدوا مواجهتهم مواقف مشابهة.

وذكر واحدٌ منهم حصوله على آلة صنع القهوة بدلًا من البلايستيشن.. فيما تلقى آخر جهاز تدليك للقدم، ووصل لإحدى المستخدمات طعامٌ للكلاب الأليفة.

وفى بريطانيا والولايات المتحدة، كان من الصعب وأحياناً من المستحيل على الكثيرين الحصول على وحدة تحكم ألعاب سونى الجديدة التي طال انتظارها.

وقال متحدث باسم أمازون إنها تحقق فى ما حدث وحث أى شخص متضرر على الاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء.

 وأضاف: “كل ما نقوم به هو جعل عملائنا سعداء، وهذا لم يحدث لنسبة صغيرة من هذه الطلبات، ونحن آسفون حقًا بشأن ذلك ونحقق فى ما حدث بالضبط، ونحن نتواصل مع كل عميل لديه مشكلة وأعلمنا بذلك حتى نتمكن من تصحيحها، كما يمكن لأى شخص لديه مشكلة مع أى طلب الاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء للحصول على المساعدة.
