Institute of Public Administration Launches Training Plan of 2021

Doha: The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs (ADLSA), represented by the Institute of Public Administration launched the eighth training plan for the year 2021, which aims to link the training path with the career path.

The training plan included a group of new specialized training programs and a group of programs with content that has been modified in cooperation with several governmental bodies, the Ministry said in a statement.

The training plan for 2021, which will be implemented at the beginning of the third week of January 2021, includes 1,110 training programs, 676 of which for the administrative path, 378 for the specialized path, and 56 special programs. The programs were also divided into 657 regular and 453 remote programs, in addition to four long-term specialized programs and 12 new specialized programs which have not been offered in the previous plans.

What distinguishes the training plan of 2021 is that two meetings will be held in cooperation with the specialized government bodies in the country, including one on the code of conduct and integrity for public officials, which aims to introduce the code of conduct and integrity for public officials, and enhance the value of integrity and transparency related to the public service.

The second meeting will be on electronic security, and it aims to raise awareness and knowledge about information security and its risks, as well as to identify the best security practices to avoid these risks and reduce their effects on the country’s institutions.

الدوحة: أطلقت وزارة التنمية الإدارية والعمل والشؤون الاجتماعية متمثلة في معهد الإدارة العامة الخطة التدريبية الثامنة لسنة 2021 التي تهدف إلى ربط المسار التدريبي بالمسار الوظيفي.

وذكرت الوزارة في بيان، أن الخطة التدريبية اشتملت على مجموعة من البرامج التدريبية التخصصية الجديدة ومجموعة مع البرامج التي تم تعديل محتواها بالتعاون مع بعض الجهات الحكومية.

وتتضمن الخط التدريبية 2021 التي سيتم تنفيذها مع بداية الأسبوع الثالث من شهر يناير للعام المقبل 2021 على /1110/ برامج تدريبية منها /676/ برنامجا للمسار الإداري، و/378/ برنامجا للمسار التخصصي، و/56/ برنامجا خاصا، كما تم تقسيم البرامج إلى /657/ برنامجا نظاميا و/453/ برنامجا عن بُعد، بالإضافة إلى /4/ برامج تخصصية طويلة الأمد، و/12/ برنامجا تخصصيا جديدا لم يتم طرحها في الخطط السابقة.

وتتميز الخطة التدريبية لعام 2021 بأنه سيعقد لقاءان علميان سيتم تنفيذهما بالتعاون مع الجهات الحكومية المتخصصة في الدولة، وهما /ميثاق سلوك ونزاهة الموظفين العموميين/ والذي يهدف إلى التعريف بميثاق سلوك ونزاهة الموظفين العموميين وتعزيز قيمة النزاهة والشفافية فيما يتعلق بالوظيفة العامة.

أما اللقاء الثاني /الأمن الإلكتروني/ فيهدف إلى تعزيز الوعي والثقافة بأمن المعلومات والمخاطر الأمنية المعلوماتية والتعرف على أفضل الممارسات الأمنية لتجنب هذه المخاطر وتقليل آثارها على مؤسسات الدولة.
