Msheireb Downtown Doha, the smart and most sustainable city district in the heart of Doha, will reopen its retail and dining outlets to visitors from July 1, 2020, in accordance with Phase 2 of gradual lifting of restrictions announced by the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management (SCCM).
Visitors can access 40 stores, restaurants and cafes at MDD, in addition to restaurants and lounges in the city’s three hotels: Park Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Doha and Alwadi Hotel Doha MGallery. The food and beverage outlets will now be able to provide dining-in options for all guests – at a decreased capacity to maintain safe distancing – as well as their normal take away and delivery services.
Ali Al Kuwari, Acting CEO of Msheireb Properties said: “We are delighted to announce the reopening of retail and dining outlets in our landmark city development, Msheireb Downtown Doha. We look forward to welcoming visitors again to enjoy our facilities, safely and comfortably, as all operating outlets will adhere to the precautionary and preventative measures outlined by the authorities.”
Msheireb Properties released several precautionary measures that must be followed, such as the wearing of masks at all times, maintaining social distance, following hygiene practices, and complying with security in the area.
Additional measures to enter the stores and food and beverage outlets include presenting Ehteraz’s app green code and undergoing body temperature checks. To main safe distancing, many of the F&B outlets have redistributed their furniture to limit seating capacities. Customers will be encouraged to pay for services using credit cards rather than cash.
Msheireb Downtown Doha is the world’s first sustainable downtown regeneration project, reviving the old commercial heart of the city through a new architectural language. أعلنت مشيرب العقارية، عن إعادة فتح مشيرب قلب الدوحة لاستقبال الزوار من جديد في مختلف المتاجر والمقاهي والمطاعم، وذلك ضمن المرحلة الثانية من رفع القيود التدريجي الذي أقرته اللجنة العليا لإدارة الأزمات.
ويمكن للزوار الآن الحصول على خدمات أكثر من 40 متجرا ومقهى ومطعما في مشيرب قلب الدوحة، بالإضافة إلى المطاعم الموجودة في الفنادق الثلاثة في المدينة وهي بارك حياة، ماندرين أورينتال، وفندق الوادي أم غاليري. وستوفر المطاعم والمقاهي خدمة الطلبات الخارجية والتوصيل بالإضافة إلى خيار تناول الطعام والمشروبات فيها ضمن قدرة استيعابية محدودة للمحافظة على المسافة الآمنة بين الحضور.
وفي هذا السياق، قال علي الكواري الرئيس التنفيذي بالوكالة لمشيرب العقارية: “يسرنا الإعلان عن إعادة افتتاح المتاجر والمقاهي والمطاعم في مشروعنا المميز مشيرب قلب الدوحة، والتي ستتقيد بكافة الإجراءات الاحترازية اللازمة المتبعة من قبل الهيئات المعنية في قطر. نتطلع إلى الترحيب بالزوار من جديد للاستمتاع بأجواء رائعة في بيئة آمنة ومريحة”.
وقد اتخذت مشيرب العقارية العديد من الإجراءات الاحترازية وإجراءات السلامة في مشيرب قلب الدوحة منها التعقيم الشامل للمرافق، كما دعت الزوار إلى وجوب ارتداء الكمامات في كل الأوقات، والمحافظة على المسافة الاجتماعية الآمنة بين الزوار، والتعقيم المستمر لليدين والامتثال لإرشادات رجال الأمن في المدينة.
وتعتمد المتاجر والمقاهي والمطاعم إجراءات إضافية لضمان الدخول إليها والحصول على خدماتها، منها إظهار الكود الأخضر لتطبيق احتراز، وفحص الحرارة والمحافظة على المسافة الآمنة. وقد قامت المطاعم والمقاهي بتوزيع المقاعد بطريقة مناسبة لضمان تباعد الأفراد خلال جلوسهم في الداخل، كما يفضل الدفع عن طريقة البطاقات الائتمانية.
مشيرب قلب الدوحة هي المدينة الأذكى والأكثر استدامة في العالم وأول مشروع لإحياء وسط المدينة التجاري في العالم.
