Doha Bank launches e-shopping offer

Doha Bank has kicked off the e-commerce Doha Bank Visa credit cards promotion in line with its endless efforts to serve the clients’ best interests, it was announced yesterday. From June 1 to August 31, 2020, the promo offers Doha Bank Visa credit cards customers to earn a maximum of 10,000 Doha Miles per month on their online spends.

The move comes in line with Qatar government’s precautionary measures taken against in-person money exchange, urging people to abstain from dealing with banknotes and to resort to contactless payments through electronic channels instead, in an effort to eliminate the spread of Covid-19. In addition, Doha Bank seeks to offer alternative channels in order to address its customers’ needs.

With the exclusive promotion, customers will be entitled to accrue double Doha Miles, one of Qatar’s leading rewarding programmes offering a wide range of benefits, such as complimentary flights at over 300 partner airlines and free reservations at more than 300,000 hotels worldwide, as well as the chance to exchange the miles for points from other partner rewarding programmes, such as Qatar Airways, British Airways, and Shukran.

Braik Ali al-Marri, Chief Retail Banking officer at Doha Bank, emphasised: “In Doha Bank, we constantly pursue top-class promotions and services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times. The offer at hand gives our Doha Bank Visa credit cards’ customers a great opportunity to do their shopping online and get rewarded with Doha Miles on their transactions.

“Given the current circumstances, we encourage our dear clients to stay safe and perform their necessary payments from the comfort of their homes for food delivery, groceries, online subscriptions, bill payments, and more. With every electronic payment performed using Doha Bank Visa credit cards, customers will add more Doha Miles to their account which they can redeem in exchange for cashback, e-vouchers, electronics and a lot more.”

To be eligible to earn a maximum of 30,000 Doha Miles over a three-month period, Doha Bank Visa credit cards holders have to execute no less than five online transactions for a minimum total of QR1,000 monthly.

أطلق بنك الدوحة، حملة التسوّق الإلكتروني باستخدام بطاقات فيزا الائتمانية في إطار حرصه المتواصل على خدمة عملائه وتلبية احتياجاتهم بالشكل الأمثل.
