From pantry staples like flour, sugar, rice, pasta, chicken, and cooking oil to household must-haves such as tissues, aluminum foil, and detergents, the discounts cover a broad spectrum of high-demand products. The ministry’s aim is clear: to ease the cost of living during one of the busiest shopping seasons of the year.
MOCI has also reaffirmed its commitment to strict market monitoring, ensuring that retailers comply with the initiative’s pricing policies. Consumers are encouraged to shop wisely, plan their purchases, and report any violations via the ministry’s official channels.

مع اقتراب شهر رمضان المبارك، أعلنت وزارة التجارة والصناعة عن إطلاق مبادرتها السنوية لتخفيض أسعار السلع الاستهلاكية، مما يمنح المستهلكين في قطر فرصة الاستفادة من تخفيضات تشمل أكثر من 1,000 منتج أساسي.
وبالتعاون مع المجمعات التجارية الكبرى، ستستمر المبادرة حتى نهاية الشهر الفضيل، مانحة المتسوقين الوقت الكافي للاستعداد للشهر الكريم بأسعار مناسبة. هذا العام، أطلقت الوزارة المبادرة في وقت مبكر، لتتيح للأسر فرصة التخطيط والاستفادة من الأسعار المخفضة قبل بدء رمضان.
وتشمل المبادرة مجموعة واسعة من المنتجات التي لا غنى عنها، بدءًا من المواد الغذائية الأساسية مثل الدقيق، السكر، الأرز، المعكرونة، الدجاج، وزيت الطهي، وصولًا إلى المستلزمات المنزلية مثل المناديل الورقية، ورق الألمنيوم، والمنظفات. الهدف؟ تخفيف الأعباء المالية عن الأسر خلال هذا الموسم الحيوي.
كما أكدت الوزارة التزامها بمراقبة الأسواق عن كثب لضمان التزام المتاجر بالأسعار المخفضة، داعية المستهلكين إلى التسوق بذكاء، التخطيط المسبق، والإبلاغ عن أي تجاوزات عبر قنواتها الرسمية.
