Ministry of Labour Organizes Training Workshop for Qatari Graduates, Children of Qatari Women Job Seekers

Doha: The Ministry of Labour, represented by the Department of Qualifying Skills Development, in collaboration with the Qatar Association of Certified Public Accountants (QACPA), organized on Sunday a workshop on ‘Financial Planning and Investment Rules’ for Qatari graduates and children of Qatari women, aiming to enhance their accounting skills and prepare them for private sector employment.

The workshop is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to train the national workforce for employment in private sector companies and institutions in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030. The goal is to enhance the skills of the national workforce and increase their participation in the private sector by offering specialized training opportunities for all citizens to enable them to excel in different job roles in the labour market.

The workshop provided Qatari graduates and children of Qatari women studying accounting with training on accounting laws and principles, enhancing their abilities in financial analysis, applying accounting procedures, and documenting financial transactions based on their purpose, description, and timing. Additionally, they were trained on the latest advanced technological systems in modern financial accounting.

The third National Development Strategy 2024-2030 aims to empower citizens to be competitive in the labour market, creating a motivated and skilled national talent pool. This will help transform the labour market across different economic sectors, contributing to the country’s sustainable development.

الدوحة: نظمت وزارة العمل، ممثلة بإدارة التأهيل وتنمية المهارات، اليوم، بالتعاون مع جمعية المحاسبين القانونيين القطرية، دورة تدريبية للباحثين عن عمل من الخريجين القطريين وأبناء القطريات المتخصصين في مجال المحاسبة، وذلك بهدف تطوير قدراتهم ومهاراتهم المحاسبية، وتأهيلهم للانخراط في سوق العمل بالقطاع الخاص.

وجاءت الدورة التدريبية وعنوانها “التخطيط المالي وقواعد الاستثمار” في إطار جهود وزارة العمل المستمرة لإعداد القوى العاملة الوطنية، لتأهيلها لدخول سوق العمل في مختلف شركات ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص، تماشيا مع رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030، التي تهدف إلى إعداد قوة عمل وطنية كفؤة، ورفع نسب مشاركتها في القطاع الخاص، عبر توفير فرص تدريبية، متخصصة ونوعية، لجميع المواطنين، لتمكينهم من أداء مختلف المهام الوظيفية بسوق العمل.

وشملت الدورة، تعريف الخريجين القطريين وأبناء القطريات المتخصصين في مجال المحاسبة، بالقوانين والمبادئ المتعلقة بمجال المحاسبة، وتحسين مهاراتهم في التحليل المالي، والتطبيق العملي للإجراءات المحاسبية وتسجيل المعاملات المالية، وفقا لأغراضها ووصفها وتسلسلاتها الزمنية، بالإضافة إلى تدريبهم على أحدث الأساليب والأنظمة التكنولوجية المتطورة في مجال المحاسبة المالية الحديثة.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن استراتيجية التنمية الوطنية الثالثة 2024 – 2030، تهدف إلى تمكين المواطنين وتأهيلهم ليصبحوا أفرادا منافسين في سوق العمل، وتأسيس قاعدة كفاءات وطنية ذات دافعية وأكثر تنافسية، قادرة على إحداث تحول جذري نحو سوق عمل أكثر إنتاجية في مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية، والمشاركة في مسيرة التنمية المستدامة بالدولة.
