MEANINGFUL AND MEMORABLE EVENT.

The MGallery campaign launch event at the Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection started with a meet & greet, during which guests enjoyed a welcome drink in the lobby with a saxophone show.

They were then invited to take seats inside Cila, which was splendidly decorated with white and purple flowers and candles, evoking elegance, subtlety and warmth.

They were then served the delicious and vibrant Red Pearl signature cocktail: 

–       50 cl Hendrick’s Gin

–       15  cl orange liqueur

–       20 cl pomegranate syrup

–       20 cl dragon fruit shrub

–       30 cl lime juice

–       Egg white

Mr Erik, the F&B director engaged with the guests about the inspiration of putting the drink together.

The culinary experience began with a brief from Chef Hicham about each course that was served to highlight the authenticity of Qatari gastronomy and the locally and regionally sourced ingredients used in the menu.

Once the appetisers had been served, in a vibrant and joyful atmosphere, the MGallery campaign video was revealed on five screens.

The experience continued for guests with the revelation of the “M Moment” by Alwadi Hotel Doha – MGallery Collection.

As the dinner continues, guests experience a menu that brings a modern twist to regional specialties; starting with Desert Oasis Greens, followed by Golden Bites, continuing with the main course with a choice of traditional Harees, braised lamb shank or lobster infused with the unique flavors of the Gulf region and ending on a sweet note with Desert Delight.

The entire event showcased the MGallery Collection promise to express strong gastronomy and mixology experiences.

M Moment.
