In April 2024, Qatar experienced significant changes across various sectors. The latest issue of the “Qatar Monthly Statistics” report by the National Planning Council reveals various increases and decreases in areas such as tourism, real estate, vehicles, traffic accidents, vital statistics, economic activity, and social security.

- Annual Increase: 17.9% compared to April 2023
- Total Visitors: 382,000
- Monthly Increase: 16.3% compared to March 2024
- Majority of Visitors: From GCC countries (42%)
- Arrivals by Air: 55%
Real Estate:
- Number of Properties Sold: Monthly decrease of 25%
- Value of Properties Sold: Monthly decrease of 15.9%
Building Permits:
- Total Permits Issued: 466
- Monthly Decrease: 37.6%
- Annual Increase: 21.7%
Newly Registered Vehicles:
- Total Vehicles: 7011
- Monthly Decrease: 10.5%
- Annual Increase: 2.9%
Traffic Accidents:
