Saudi-Qatar Trade Surges by 34% in Q1 2024

Saudi Arabia’s trade with Qatar grew by 34% in the first quarter of the current year, reaching 876.9 million Saudi riyals, equivalent to 233.84 million dollars. According to data from the Saudi Arabian General Authority for Statistics, Saudi Arabia’s trade surplus with Gulf countries increased by 38% during the first quarter of 2024 compared to the same period last year.

The Kingdom achieved a trade surplus with the Gulf Cooperation Council countries worth 14.03 billion Saudi riyals in the first quarter of the current year, compared to a surplus of 10.17 billion riyals in the same quarter of 2023. Saudi Arabia’s exports of petroleum and non-petroleum goods to GCC countries increased by 16.1% during the first quarter of 2024 on an annual basis.

نمت التجارة بين السعودية وقطر بنسبة 34% في الربع الأول من العام الحالي، لتصل إلى 876.9 مليون ريال سعودي، ما يعادل 233.84 مليون دولار. ووفقًا لبيانات الهيئة العامة للإحصاء في المملكة العربية السعودية، ارتفع فائض التجارة للسعودية مع دول الخليج بنسبة 38% خلال الربع الأول من عام 2024 مقارنة بنفس الفترة من العام الماضي.

حققت للمملكة فائض تجاري مع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بقيمة 14.03 مليار ريال سعودي في الربع الأول من العام الحالي، مقابل فائض بقيمة 10.17 مليار ريال في نفس الربع من عام 2023. وزادت صادرات السعودية من السلع البترولية وغير البترولية إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بنسبة 16.1% خلال الربع الأول من عام 2024 على أساس سنوي.
