IFP Qatar, the Leading events’ organizer of international trade fairs in Qatar, unveiled the details of the exceptional 20^th edition of Project Qatar, the biggest and most prominent trade exhibition specializing in construction materials, equipment, and technologies in Qatar. The exhibition will be held under the patronage of the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani with the support of Ministry of Commerce and Industry and in partnership with the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) from May 27 to 30, 2024, at Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC). The details were revealed in a press conference held by IFP Qatar at the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Center and attended by several representatives of the event’s sponsors from the public and private sectors along with the organizing company.

In addition to attracting 120 international companies across 25 different countries, the event enjoys the support of 130 Qatari companies, led by major governmental and semi-governmental agencies and prominent private sector companies. For the second consecutive year, Project Qatar presents a dedicated showcase area called ‘Qatar Industries’, aimed at presenting the Qatari industrial sector to an international audience, in line with the principles of Qatar National Vision 2030 and as part of the ongoing efforts to reach a wider audience and promote the products of local manufacturers. The 20^th edition of the event will focus on the robust growth Qatar’s manufacturing sector has witnessed over the past few years. Moreover, it will particularly address smart manufacturing technologies through a dedicated showcase area, featuring several providers of advanced technologies with multiple applications in industrial production.

كشفت الشركة الدولية للمعارض – قطر (IFP Qatar)، الرائدة في مجال تنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات التجارية، عن تفاصيل فعاليّات النسخة العشرين الاستثنائية من معرض “بروجكت قطر”، أكبر وأبرز معرض لمواد ومعدّات وتقنيّات البناء والإنشاءات في دولة قطر، والتي ستقام تحت رعاية معالي الشيخ محمد بن عبد الرحمن آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس الوزراء، ووزير الخارجية، وبدعم من وزارة التجارة والصناعة، وبالشراكة مع هيئة الأشغال العامة (أشغال)، في الفترة من 27 إلى 30 مايو 2024 في مركز الدوحة للمعارض والمؤتمرات. جاء ذلك خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقدته الشركة في فندق ومركز مؤتمرات الشيراتون شارك فيه إلى جانب الشركة المنظّمة عدد من ممثّلي الجهات الراعية من القطاعين العام والخاص.

وتتقدّم وزارة التجارة والصناعة رعاة وداعمي نسخة هذه السنة من المعرض. وتعليقاً على ذلك، قال السيّد حمد محمّد النصر، مدير إدارة تنمية التبادل التجاري وترويج الاستثمار بوزارة التجارة والصناعة: “تلعب المعارض التجارية الدولية دوراً فاعلاً في تعزيز التبادل التجاري على المستويين المحلّي والدولي. وفي هذا الإطار، يعدّ معرض “بروجكت قطر” أحد أبرز المعارض في قطر التي تؤدّي هذا الدور بالنظر إلى تاريخه الطويل وسجّله المميّز في استقطاب عدد كبير من الشركات والوفود الدولية عاماً بعد آخر، ومن هنا تأتي رعاية الوزارة لنسخة هذه السنة من المعرض لدعم هذا النوع من الفعاليّات الذي يفتح قنوات جديدة للتبادل التجاري ويعزّز فرص الاستثمار في الدولة”.

ويقدّم “بروجكت قطر” للسنة الثانية على التوالي قطاع الصناعات القطري للجمهور الدولي للمعرض ضمن منطقة عرض مخصّصة تحمل عنوان “صناعات قطر”، تماشياً مع “رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030″، وفي إطار الجهود المبذولة للوصول إلى جمهور أوسع والترويج لمنتجات المصنّعين المحليين. وسيركّز الحدث بشكل أكبر على الإنجازات الكبيرة التي حقّقتها دولة قطر على صعيد توسيع قطاع الصناعات المحلية خلال السنوات الماضية. كما ويخاطب المعرض بشكل خاص في هذه النسخة تقنيّات التصنيع الذكي من خلال منطقة العرض المخصّصة لذلك، والتي تضمّ عدداً من مزوّدي التقنيّات المتقدّمة ذات الإستخدامات المتعدّدة في الإنتاج الصناعي.

وتعليقاً على مشاركتهم الأولى كراعٍ ذهبي للمعرض، قال السيّد راشد المنصوري، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أعمال القابضة: “يسعدنا المشاركة في هذه النسخة من معرض “بروجكت قطر”، ضمن أبرز قادة الصناعة المحليين والدوليين، وهي فرصة هامة لشركة أعمال لعرض أحدث منتجاتها وخدماتها وتقنيّاتها من خلال الشركات التابعة لها لجمهور هذا المعرض المتنوّع من المتخصصين في الصناعة”.

وإلى جانب المعرض، سيغطّي المؤتمر المصاحب الذي سيقام على مدى أربعة أيام أهم القضايا التي تعني قطاعات البناء والإنشاءات والصناعة والاستدامة والبيئة، حيث سيخصّص كل يوم لواحد من هذه القضايا، إذ يغطي اليوم الأول أهمّ المشاريع الجارية والمرتقبة في قطر، وفرص الاستثمار المتوفّرة فيها، ويشارك في جلساته متحدّثون من هيئة الأشغال العامّة، ووزارة المواصلات، وهيئة المناطق الحرّة. أمّا اليوم الثاني الذي يحمل عنوان “نحو مستقبل مرن للمناخ”، فيقام بالشراكة مع المنظّمة الخليجية للبحث والتطوير (جورد)، ويغطّي عناوين الاستدامة والتغيّر المناخي، ويختتم بحفل جوائز “أبطال الاستدامة” الذي ستقوم من خلاله المنظّمة الخليجية للبحث والتطوير “جورد” بتكريم روّاد الابتكار البيئي والمرونة المجتمعية في قطر بهدف إبراز دورهم المحوري في تشكيل مستقبل أكثر اخضراراً.

أمّا اليوم الثالث من المؤتمر فيقام بالتعاون مع منظّمة الخليج للاستشارات الصناعية (جويك)، ويحمل عنوان “نحو التصنيع الذكي”، ويركّز على التحوّلات الحديثة في قطاعي الإنتاج الصناعي والخدمات اللوجستية، ويبحث أحدث التطوّرات في ما يعرف بالثورة الصناعية الرابعة. وتعليقاً على ذلك، قال السيّد عبد الكريم أحمد الراشد، مستشار التخطيط الإستراتيجي في منظّمة الخليج للاستشارات الصناعية “جويك”: “تشارك المنظّمة للعام الثاني على التوالي في فعاليّات “بروجكت قطر” كبيت خبرة للاستشارات الصناعية للاطلاع والاستفادة من خدماتها وبرامجها المقدمة للمهتمين والخبراء والباحثين والمستثمرين ومتخذي القرار في القطاع الصناعي وذلك من منطلق رؤيتها ورسالتها حول دفع عجلة التنمية الصناعية والاقتصادية بدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية”.

وعلاوة على ما سبق، كشف المنظمون كذلك عن إقامة حفل تكريم ختامي تقوم من خلاله الشركة الدولية للمعارض – قطر بتكريم الشركات المحلّية والدولية صاحبة سجل المشاركة المميّز في المعرض تقديراً لدورهم الفعّال في جعل “بروجكت قطر” يحقّق نجاحاً باهراً عاماً بعد آخر.
