Hosting Regional Conference:
The Cabinet approved hosting the Fifth Regional Conference on Higher Education in Arab Countries, emphasizing Qatar’s commitment to educational advancement in the region.
Agreements and MOUs:

- Approved a draft agreement on basic contribution between the Qatar Fund for Development and the International Fund for Agricultural Development, showcasing Qatar’s support for global agricultural development.
- Approved a draft contribution agreement for the Doha Programme of Action (2023-2031) with the United Nations Office, highlighting Qatar’s commitment to supporting the least developed countries.
- Approved a draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in endowments and Islamic affairs between Qatar and Ethiopia, strengthening bilateral ties.
- Approved a draft memorandum of understanding between the Communications Regulatory Authority in Qatar and the National Authority for Management and Regulation of Communications in Romania, enhancing cooperation in communication regulation.

في اجتماعه الأسبوعي، ناقش مجلس الوزراء، برئاسة سعادة الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن بن جاسم آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية، ووافق على العديد من المبادرات الرئيسية.
١. استضافة المؤتمر الإقليمي:
وافق مجلس الوزراء على استضافة المؤتمر الإقليمي الخامس للتعليم العالي في الدول العربية، مؤكداً التزام قطر بالتقدم التعليمي في المنطقة.
٢. الاتفاقيات ومذكرات التفاهم:
- وافق على مشروع اتفاقية المساهمة الأساسية بين صندوق قطر للتنمية والصندوق الدولي للتنمية الزراعية، موضحاً دعم قطر للتنمية الزراعية العالمية.
- وافق على مشروع اتفاقية مساهمة بشأن برنامج “عمل الدوحة” (2023-2031) مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة، مؤكداً التزام قطر بدعم البلدان الأقل نموا.
- وافق على مشروع مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون في مجال الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بين قطر وإثيوبيا، لتعزيز العلاقات الثنائية.
- وافق على مشروع مذكرة تفاهم بين هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات في قطر والهيئة الوطنية لإدارة وتنظيم الاتصالات في رومانيا، لتعزيز التعاون في تنظيم الاتصالات.
٣. مراجعات السياسات والتقارير:
- استعرض ووافق على السياسة الوطنية بشأن سمنة الأطفال، مؤكداً التركيز على الصحة العامة في قطر.
- استعرض نتائج أعمال اللجنة الوطنية القطرية للتربية والثقافة والعلوم، مؤكداً التزام قطر بهذه المجالات.
- استعرض نتائج مشاركة وفد قطر في الدورة (100) لمجلس إدارة منظمة العمل العربية، مؤكداً مشاركة قطر في القضايا العمالية الإقليمية.
