151.1 بالمئة ارتفاع إجمالي المركبات الجديدة المسجلة في يناير الماضي

Doha: The Planning and Statistics Authority (PSA) has released the 121th issue of (Qatar; Monthly Statistics) bulletin, which highlights the most important statistical changes that occurred in the country during January 2024 in addition to extracts from the results of the 2020 Census.
One of the most notable changes in this issue is that the total number of registered new vehicles during January 2024 has reached 8512 new vehicles. The figure showed a monthly increase of 151.1% and it showed an annual increase of 33.2%.
Traffic accidents cases without counting the accidents without injuries, a total of 843 traffic cases were recorded during January 2024, showing a monthly increase of 6.2% and an annual increase by 7.0%. Light injuries are accounted for most traffic accidents cases during the same month, with 93%, followed by severe injuries by 5%. However, 17 deaths were recorded, equivalent to only 2% of total traffic accidents cases.
A rise in total number of new driver’s licenses at a monthly rate of 23.6% were also recorded.
Regarding to Vital Statistics, 2514 live births have been registered during January 2024. Also, an increase in the total Qatari live births by 2.6% comparing to last month. On the other hand, 240 deaths were recorded during the same period, an increase of 1.7% compared to December 2023.
Moreover, January 2024 witnessed a monthly increase of 1.3% of total marriage contracts While the total divorce certificates remained the same as they were in the previous month. The total number of marriage contracts reached 393 marriage contracts, while the total number of divorce certificates reached 141 cases.
As for the Social Security statements, reached QR 80 Million in January 2024, for 14362 beneficiaries, recording a monthly increase of 4.9% for the value of social security and a monthly increase of 1.6% for the number of beneficiaries of Social Security.
As for tourism, the total number of inbound visitors reached about 703 thousand, recording a monthly increase of 35.5% (compared to December 2023) and recorded an annual increase of 106.5% (compared to January 2023). The highest number of visitors was from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) at 53%. As for visitors by type of port, the visitors via Land make up the highest percentage with 47% of the total number of visitors.
As for the Banking Sector; Total Broad Money Supply (M2) recorded about QR 735 Billion during January 2024, an annual increase of 4.6% compared with January 2023. On the other hand, cash equivalents; including Commercial Bank Deposits, attained for QR 1014 Billion during January 2024. The figure has recorded an annual increase of 5.6% compared to January 2023, when deposits recorded approximately QR 960 Billion.
Regarding the data of buildings permits issued, the total number of permits has reached 771 permits during January 2024, recording a monthly increase of 23.0% and an annual increase of 6.9%.
The figure also showed a monthly rise in the total value of real estate sold by an average of 26.1% during January 2024 compared to the previous month.

ومن أبرز المتغيرات التي رصدها العدد، ارتفاع مجموع المركبات الجديدة المسجلة خلال شهر يناير 2024 لتبلغ 8512 مركبة جديدة، مسجلة بذلك ارتفاعا شهريا بنسبة 151.1 بالمئة، وسنويا بنسبة قدرها 33.2 بالمئة.
وبالنسبة للبيانات المتعلقة بقضايا الحوادث المرورية دون احتساب الحوادث بلا إصابات، فقد بلغ إجمالي عددها 843 خلال شهر يناير 2024، بارتفاع شهري 6.2 بالمئة، وسنوي 7 بالمئة، وقد سجلت الإصابات الخفيفة الغالبية العظمى من قضايا الحوادث المرورية خلال نفس الشهر بنسبة 93 بالمئة، تليها الإصابات البليغة بنسبة 5 بالمئة، أما بالنسبة للوفيات فقد بلغت 17 حالة وفاة تعادل 2 بالمئة فقط من إجمالي قضايا الحوادث المرورية.
وكشفت البيانات ذاتها عن ارتفاع إجمالي تراخيص السائقين الجديدة بمعدل شهري قدره 23.6 بالمئة.
وفيما يخص الإحصاءات الحيوية فقد بلغ إجمالي المواليد أحياء 2514 مولودا خلال شهر يناير 2024، وسجل إجمالي المواليد الأحياء القطريين ارتفاعا بنسبة 2.6 بالمئة، عن الشهر الماضي، في حين بلغ إجمالي عدد الوفيات 240 حالة وفاة مسجلا ارتفاعا بنسبة 1.7 بالمئة قياسا بديسمبر 2023.
وشهد شهر يناير 2024 ارتفاعا شهريا بنسبة 1.3 بالمئة في إجمالي عقود الزواج، بينما بقيت إجمالي إشهادات الطلاق كما كانت عليه في الشهر السابق، حيث بلغ إجمالي عدد عقود الزواج 393 عقد زواج، في حين بلغ إجمالي عدد إشهادات الطلاق 141 حالة طلاق.
أما عن بيانات الضمان الاجتماعي فقد بلغت قيمتها 80 مليون ريال في يناير 2024 لعدد 14362 مستفيدا، مسجلا ارتفاعا شهريا قدره 4.9 بالمئة لقيمة الضمان الاجتماعي، كما شهد ارتفاعا شهريا بلغ 1.6 بالمئة لعدد المستفيدين من الضمان الاجتماعي.
وعن السياحة فقد بلغ إجمالي عدد الزوار الوافدين حوالي 703 آلاف زائر بارتفاع شهري قدره 35.5 بالمئة (عن شهر ديسمبر 2023)، وسنويا بمقدار 106.5 بالمئة (عن شهر يناير 2023). وكان أكثر عدد الزوار القادمين من دول مجلس التعاون بنسبة 53 بالمئة، أما فيما يخص الزوار حسب نوع المنفذ فقد شكل الزوار عن طريق البر النسبة الأعلى مستقبلا 47 بالمئة من إجمالي عدد الزوار.
أما بشأن القطاع المصرفي، فقد بلغت قيمة عرض النقد الواسع (2) حوالي 735 مليار ريال خلال شهر يناير 2024 مسجلة بذلك ارتفاعا سنويا بلغت نسبته 4.6 بالمئة مقارنة بشهر يناير 2023، بينما بلغت قيمة شبه النقد الذي يشمل ودائع البنوك التجارية حوالي 1014 مليار ريال، خلال شهر يناير 2024 مسجلة بذلك ارتفاعا سنويا بلغت نسبته 5.6 بالمئة مقارنة بشهر يناير 2023، حيث كان إجمالي الودائع حينها حوالي 960 مليار ريال.
وفيما يخص بيانات رخص البناء الصادرة، فقد بلغ إجمالي عدد الرخص 771 رخصة خلال شهر يناير 2024 مسجلة بذلك ارتفاعا شهريا بنسبة 23 بالمئة، وسنويا قدره 6.9 بالمئة، كما سجل إجمالي قيمة العقارات المباعة ارتفاعا بمعدل 26.1 بالمئة خلال يناير 2024 مقارنة بالشهر السابق.
