Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has inaugurated its new official website in a strategic step to advance digital transformation in the educational sector within its efforts devoted to bolstering electronic services, upgrading their efficiency, and effectively communicating them to the public.
To mark this occasion, CEO of the Education Excellence Award and director of the public relations and communications department at MoEHE, Maryam Abdullah Al Mohannadi emphasized that the new website underwent a crucial optimization in content by considering the needs and aspirations of the targeted segment in pursuit of elevating its effectiveness.
Director of the Information Systems Department at MoEHE Eng. Mona Salem Al Fadhli delivered a presentation on the merits of the new customized website, affirming that the new design goes in line with the visual identity of the State of Qatar and features a smart and interactive surfing by virtue of the cutting-edge technologies and leveraging AI to help users browse the website and learn about its contents.
The website has additional features, such as a tap page of the ministry’s activities, push notifications to promote direct communication with the public, a library with diverse image and videos, as well as streamlined access to most in-demand information, including test schedules, school calendar and frequently asked questions, Al Fadhli highlighted.
The website reflects the purviews and services of all sectors and departments of the ministry, offering the opportunity for students, parents, media professionals, teachers, researchers, academics, and investors to obtain the essential information and accomplish the transactions more expeditiously and effectively.
The new website represents a communication platform with the regional and international organizations and allows sharing information and strengthening awareness on the MoEHE’s pedagogical strategies and policies.
The ministry intends to continue modernizing the website with features to meet the evolving needs and support the constant digital transformation.

الدوحة: أطلقت وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي موقعها الإلكتروني الرسمي الجديد، في خطوة استراتيجية نحو تطوير التحول الرقمي في القطاع التعليمي، وذلك ضمن جهودها لتعزيز خدماتها الإلكترونية، وزيادة كفاءة وفاعلية إيصالها للجمهور.
وأكدت السيدة مريم عبدالله المهندي، مدير إدارة العلاقات العامة والاتصال بوزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي، بهذه المناسبة، أن الموقع الإلكتروني بحلته الجديدة شهد تحسينا جوهريا في محتواه، مع مراعاة احتياجات وتطلعات الفئات المستهدفة بهدف زيادة الفاعلية.
وقدمت المهندسة منى سالم الفضلي، مدير إدارة نظم المعلومات بالوزارة، عرضا تقديميا حول مميزات الموقع الجديد، مؤكدة أن تصميمه الجديد يتماشى مع الهوية البصرية للدولة، ويضمن تجربة تصفح ذكية وتفاعلية بفضل استخدام أحدث التقنيات، وتوظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لمساعدة المستخدم في تصفح الموقع والتعرف على محتوياته.
ونوهت إلى أن الموقع يشتمل على ميزات إضافية مثل: تبويب خاص بفعاليات الوزارة، وخاصية الإشعارات الفورية لتعزيز التواصل المباشر مع الجمهور، ومكتبة متنوعة للصور والفيديوهات، فضلا عن تسهيل الوصول إلى معلومات ذات طلب عال، مثل جداول الاختبارات، والتقويم المدرسي، والأسئلة الشائعة.
ويعكس الموقع الجديد اختصاصات وخدمات كافة قطاعات الوزارة وإداراتها، ما يتيح للطلاب وأولياء الأمور والإعلاميين والمعلمين والباحثين والأكاديميين والمستثمرين الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة وإنجاز المعاملات بسرعة وكفاءة.
ويشكل الموقع أيضا منصة تواصل مع المنظمات الإقليمية والدولية، بما يسمح بتبادل المعلومات وتعزيز الوعي بالاستراتيجيات والسياسات والمبادرات التربوية والتعليمية للوزارة.
