Google Allows Sharing Passwords with Family

Washington: Google announced the ability to share passwords with family members, through its password management application “Google Password Manager”.

The company will allow accounts to share usernames and passwords with the family, with the ability to activate specific conditions if necessary, such as parents checking kids homework.

Google revealed other advantages in the Android Family Link parental control system, such as the ability to manage parental control options directly from the Google search engine page when the user enters certain phrases in the search engine such as “parental control” to facilitate access to them.

A Manage Parental Controls box will appear at the top of the search results, listing added accounts as family members and the ability to adjust their settings.

Google will also work to improve access to “Safe Search” options to access them directly on specific pages of search results when using specific keywords to search, with options such as darkening or filtering the content.
