Civil Service and Government Development Bureau Launches “Tawjeeh” Program

Doha: The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB) launched the certified counselor program “Tawjeeh” in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) and the Qatar Finance and Business Academy (QFBA).
At a press conference held Sunday, CGB’s Director of the Nomination and Replacement Department Dhabiya Al Buainain stated that the Tawjeeh program aims at qualifying professional mentors capable of helping individuals develop educational and vocational plans that meet their aspirations as well as the job market in order to contribute to enhancing skills and the competitiveness of the field of human resources in Qatar.
Al Buainain added that CGB continued to strengthen the human development pillar in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030, and to develop the competencies working alongside job seekers registered in the national employment coordination platform “Kawader” by guiding them professionally.
QFBA’s Director of Training and Development, Majid Abdulaziz Al Khulaifi, said that the program was designed to train professional mentors with the aim of facilitating professional development and providing specialists with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide guidance services that help individuals develop their careers.
Al Khulaifi explained that the first batch of the Tawjeeh program will commence in February 2024.
While expressing her delight with this cooperation, MoEHE’s Director of the Educational Guidance Department Maryam Al Emadi stated that they seek through these partnerships to implement programs and projects aimed at improving competencies in Qatar.
Through Tawjeeh, we look forward to qualifying academics and university graduates in the field to be professional mentors, Al Emadi added.
Tawjeeh provides the opportunity to obtain an international professional certificate in the field of career counselors accredited by the National Career Development Association (NCDA).
The certificate also allows specialists in relevant entities to provide effective professional guidance that supports the recruitment and guidance of national cadres.
The program is divided into 13 different units covering several theoretical and practical aspects with a total of 120 training hours. Participants must complete at least 10 basic training units as well as all other requirements to obtain a certificate from the NCDA.

وقالت السيدة ظبية البوعينين مديرة إدارة الترشيح والإحلال في ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي ،خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقد اليوم: “يهدف برنامج توجيه لتأهيل مرشدين مهنيين قادرين على مساعدة الأفراد في وضع خطط وأهداف تعليمية ومهنية تتناسب مع ميولهم وسوق العمل؛ للمساهمة في رفع مهارات وتنافسية الموارد البشرية في دولة قطر”.
وأضافت: “نعمل بشكل دائم ومستمر لتعزيز ركيزة التنمية البشرية بما يتماشى مع رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030، ونسعى إلى تطوير الكفاءات العاملة مع الباحثين عن العمل المسجلين في المنصة الوطنية لتنسيق التوظيف كوادر من خلال إرشادهم مهنيا”.
من جهته، أوضح السيد ماجد عبد العزيز الخليفي، مدير إدارة التدريب والتطوير في أكاديمية قطر للمال والأعمال، أن “البرنامج صمم لتدريب المرشدين المهنيين بهدف تيسير التطوير المهني، وتزويد المتخصصين بالمعرفة والمهارات اللازمة لتقديم خدمات إرشادية تساعد الأفراد على تطوير مسيرتهم المهنية”، وأن الدفعة الأولى من البرنامج ستبدأ في فبراير 2024.
كما أعربت السيدة مريم العمادي مديرة إدارة التوجيه التربوي في وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي عن سعادتها بهذا التعاون المشترك قائلة: “نسعى من خلال هذه الشراكات لتنفيذ برامج ومشاريع تصبو إلى الارتقاء بالكفاءات في دولة قطر”، مضيفة: “نتطلع من خلال برنامج توجيه إلى تأهيل الأكاديميين والجامعيين في مجال الإرشاد المهني ليكونوا مرشدين مهنيين محترفين”.
يشار إلى أن برنامج إعداد المرشد المهني المعتمد توجيه يوفر فرصة التأهل للحصول على شهادة احترافية عالمية معتمدة في مجال الإرشاد المهني من قبل الهيئة الوطنية للتطوير المهني (NCDA)، التي تعد إحدى أبرز الجهات العالمية الرائدة في هذا المجال.
كما تتيح هذه الشهادة لذوي الاختصاص في الجهات ذات العلاقة تقديم إرشاد مهني فعال يدعم توظيف الكوادر الوطنية وتوجيهها، وينقسم البرنامج إلى 13 وحدة مختلفة تغطي جوانب نظرية وعملية عدة بمجموع 120 ساعة تدريبية، حيث يتوجب على المشاركين إكمال ما لا يقل عن 10 وحدات تدريبية أساسية، وإكمال جميع المتطلبات الخاصة للحصول على شهادة الاعتماد من الهيئة الوطنية للتطوير المهني (NCDA).
