Various Events Cemented Katara’s Status as a Leading Destination for Cultural, Creative Experiences

Doha: For the third week in a row, the activities of the Katara Cultural Village Foundation, accompanying the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 continue, which consolidates Katara’s position as a leading destination for creative and interactive experiences, through a momentum of activities that include various sectors of culture, heritage, arts, sports and shopping.
Among these events were the performances of the Bu Saif Band, during which they presented the Qatari sword dance (Ardha), folklore and traditional performances.
Gallery 2 in Building 47 will host the “Symphony of Authenticity” exhibition by artist Ali Al Mimar through his brilliant art works specialized in highlighting the heritage and culture of purebred Arabian horses.
Rababa player Salah Al Shamayleh also continues to present his artistic performances behind Building 12 – Al-Gannas Qatari Society, which highlight the popular heritage, carry the fragrance of the desert, and recall the atmosphere of the people of the desert, their sessions and evenings.
Al-Hikmah Square in Katara is witnessing a large turnout by fans to enjoy watching the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 matches through four huge display screens and using the best visual and audio technologies, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement.
The Saudi Falcon House in the southern side of Katara attracts football fans and visitors to Katara with its activities that combine education and entertainment.

ويحتضن جاليري 2 بمبنى 47 معرض ” سيمفونية الأصالة ” للفنان التشكيلي علي المعمار من خلال اعماله الفنية البارعة والمتخصصة في ابراز تراث وثقافة الخيل العربية الأصيلة.
كما يواصل عازف الربابة صلاح الشمايلة تقديم فقراته الفنية خلف المبنى 12 – جمعية القناص القطرية، والتي تبرز الموروث الشعبي وتحمل عبق الصحراء وتستدعي أجواء أهل البادية وجلساتهم وأماسيهم.
وتشهد ساحة الحكمة بكتارا ، إقبالا كبيرا من قبل المشجعين للاستمتاع بمشاهدة مباريات كأس آسيا قطر 2023 من خلال أربع شاشات عرض ضخمة وباستخدام أفضل التقنيات البصرية والسمعية تضفي أجواء من الحماس والإثارة.
و يستقطب بيت الصقر السعودي بالجهة الجنوبية لكتارا جماهير الكرة القدم وزوار كتارا بفعالياته التي تمزج بين التثقيف والترفيه.
