Microsoft Fixes Wi-Fi Connection Issues in Windows 11

Washington: Microsoft announced a fix for a problem in the Windows 11 system that causes devices to disconnect from Wi-Fi networks in universities, educational institutions, and public networks.
The company recently acknowledged the existence of the problem after increasing complaints, as it confirmed the failure of connecting to Wi-Fi networks on some users’ devices after installing updates KB5032288 and KB5033375 as part of the cumulative updates for Windows 11 during December.
The problem was resolved through the Known Issues Rollback tool (KIR) in Windows system. The repair is expected to take up to 24 hours automatically on all affected devices, and the process of restarting Windows devices may help speed up the repair process, without the need for any changes by the user.
The problem affected ,mainly, universities, companies, and public Internet networks, while Microsoft confirmed that home networks were not affected to the same degree.
Some users deleted the latest cumulative update for Windows 11 to restore connectivity to Wi-Fi networks, and this solution proved effective before the company’s acknowledgement of the problem.
Users can now download the latest updates for Windows 11 without worrying about their impact on the stability of Wi-Fi connection on their devices.

واشنطن: أعلنت شركة /مايكروسوفت/ عن إصلاح مشكلة في نظام ويندوز 11 تسبب انقطاع اتصال الأجهزة بشبكات /واي فاي/ في الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية والشبكات العامة.
وأقرت الشركة حديثا بوجود المشكلة بعد تزايد الشكاوى، حيث أكدت فشل الاتصال بشبكات /واي فاي/ في أجهزة بعض المستخدمين بعد تثبيت تحديثات KB5032288 وKB5033375 ضمن التحديثات التراكمية لنظام ويندوز 11 خلال شهر ديسمبر.
وتم حل المشكلة من خلال أداة (التراجع عن المشكلات المعروفة) المعروفة اختصارا بـ KIR في نظام ويندوز، ويتوقع أن يستغرق الإصلاح تلقائيًا ما يصل إلى 24 ساعة على جميع الأجهزة المتضررة، وقد تساعد عملية إعادة تشغيل أجهزة ويندوز لتسريع عملية الإصلاح، دون الحاجة إلى أي تغييرات من قبل المستخدم.
تجدر الإشارة إلى المشكلة أثرت بشكل رئيسي على الجامعات والشركات وشبكات الإنترنت العامة، في حين أكدت مايكروسوفت عدم تأثر الشبكات المنزلية بنفس الدرجة.
وقام بعض المستخدمين بحذف التحديث التراكمي الأخير لنظام ويندوز 11 لاستعادة الاتصال بشبكات /الواي فاي/، وأثبت هذا الحل فعاليته قبل أن تؤكد الشركة وجود المشكلة وتحلها.
وفي الوقت الحالي، يمكن للمستخدمين تنزيل التحديثات الأخيرة لنظام ويندوز 11 دون قلق من تأثيرها على استقرار اتصال /الواي فاي/ في أجهزتهم.
