Real Estate Trading Volume Exceeds QR 465 million in Week

Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Dec. to Dec. 7 2023 reached QR, 419,390,033. Total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period was QR 46,577,586.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant lands, houses, Administrative and commercial building, Residential Buildings , Shops, Residential Units.
Sales were concentrated in Doha, AL Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Al Shamal, Al Khor and Al Dakhira municipalities, and in the Pearl island, Lusail and Al Kharayej Zones.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Nov. 26-30 exceeded QR 610 million.

الدوحة: بلغ حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل خلال الفترة من 3 إلى 7 ديسمبر الجاري، 419 مليونا و390 ألفا و33 ريالا، فيما بلغ إجمالي عقود البيع للنشرة العقارية الخاصة بالوحدات السكنية خلال الفترة نفسها، 46 مليونا و577 ألفا و586 ريالا.
وذكرت النشرة الأسبوعية الصادرة عن الإدارة أن قائمة العقارات المتداولة بالبيع شملت أراضي فضاء ومساكن ومبنى تجاريا وعمارات سكنية ووحدات سكنية.
وتركزت عمليات البيع في بلديات الدوحة والريان وأم صلال والظعاين والوكرة والشمال والخور والذخيرة وفي مناطق جزيرة اللؤلؤة ولوسيل والخرايج.
وكان حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل قد بلغ أكثر من 610 ملايين ريال خلال الفترة من 26 إلى 30 نوفمبر الماضي.
