Qatar Building Permits and Completion Certificates – November 2023

🏗️ Building Permits:

• Total building permits issued: 748
• 3% decline from October 2023 (769 permits)

📉 Municipalities Comparison:

• Decline in most municipalities (Al Khor -39%, Umm Slal -33%, Al Sheehaniya -18%, Al Da’ayen -18%, Al Wakrah -7%)
• Increase in Al Rayyan (33%) and Al Doha (1%)
• Al Shamal maintains the same number of permits

🗺️ Geographical Distribution:

• Al Rayyan leads with 32% (240 permits)
• Al Doha follows with 19% (144 permits)
• New residential building permits: 35%

🏠 New Residential Buildings Permits:

• Villas: 82% (192 permits)
• Housing loans: 13% (30 permits)
• Apartments: 6% (13 permits)

🏢 Non-Residential Building Permits:

• Commercial buildings: 53% (16 permits)
• Industrial buildings (workshops/factories): 23% (7 permits)
• Mosques: 13% (4 permits)

🏁 Completion Certificates:

• Total completion certificates issued: 356

📊 Municipalities Comparison:

• Al Rayyan leads with 27% (96 certificates)
• Al Wakrah follows with 24% (87 certificates)

📑 Certificate Types:

• New building completion certificates: 81% (291 certificates)
• Additions certificates: 19% (67 certificates)

🏡 New Residential Buildings Certificates:

• Villas: 80% (172 certificates)
• Housing loans: 15% (32 certificates)
• Apartments: 4% (8 certificates)

• إجمالي الرخص الصادرة: 748
• انخفاض بنسبة 3% مقارنة بشهر أكتوبر 2023 (769 رخصة)

📉 مقارنة البلديات:

• انخفاض في معظم البلديات (الخور -39%، أم صلال -33%، الشيحانية والظعاين -18% لكل منهما، الوكرة -7%)
• زيادة في الريان (33%) والدوحة (1%)
• بلدية الشمال تحتفظ بنفس عدد الرخص

🗺️ التوزيع الجغرافي:

• الريان في المقدمة بنسبة 32% (240 رخصة)
• الدوحة تأتي في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة 19% (144 رخصة)
• رخص المباني السكنية الجديدة: 35%

🏠 رخص المباني السكنية الجديدة:

• الفلل: 82% (192 رخصة)
• مساكن قروض الإسكان: 13% (30 رخصة)
• العمارات: 6% (13 رخصة)

🏢 رخص المباني غير السكنية:

• المباني التجارية: 53% (16 رخصة)
• المباني الصناعية (ورش/مصانع): 23% (7 رخص)
• المساجد: 13% (4 رخص)

• الريان في المقدمة بنسبة 27% (96 شهادة)
• الوكرة تأتي بنسبة 24% (87 شهادة)

📑 أنواع الشهادات:

• شهادات إتمام المباني الجديدة: 81% (291 شهادة)
• شهادات الإضافات: 19% (67 شهادة)
