Qatar Donates AFC Asian Cup Ticket Revenue to Aid Palestine

The AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 Local Organising Committee (LOC) has decided to donate revenue from ticket sales to support urgent relief interventions in Palestine. The initiative reflects the belief in football’s power for development and social change. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Chairman of the LOC, emphasizes the importance of using football to show solidarity with the people of Palestine. The donated funds will be directed towards crucial medical and food relief efforts.
Qatar, hosting the AFC Asian Cup for the third time, aims to contribute to the well-being of those affected in Palestine. The tournament, featuring 24 of the continent’s best teams, will take place from January 12 to February 10, 2024. The second batch of tickets for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 will be available for purchase on November 20 at 4 PM Doha time.

تهدف قطر، المضيفة لكأس آسيا للمرة الثالثة، إلى المساهمة في رفاهية المتضررين في فلسطين. ستقام البطولة التي تضم 24 من أفضل فرق القارة من 12 يناير إلى 10 فبراير 2024. ستكون الدفعة الثانية من التذاكر لكأس آسيا 2023 في قطر متاحة للشراء في 20 نوفمبر في تمام الساعة 4 مساءً بتوقيت الدوحة.
