Qatar Airways Takes Stage on First Day of Dubai Airshow 2023

Dubai: Qatar Airways showcased its state-of-the-art aircraft, Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, Airbus A350-1000, and Gulfstream G650ER, on the first morning of Dubai Airshow 2023.

The Dubai Airshow, running from November 13-17, is one of the key air shows in the Middle East; the biennial event brings together aviation industry leaders, professionals, and stakeholders from across the globe.

On the opening day of the event, Qatar Airways’ display of its new generation Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, Airbus A350-1000, and Gulfstream G650ER, drew the eyes of global aviation experts and enthusiasts to its one-of-a-kind fleet.

During the inaugural day of the air show, visitors to the Qatar Airways’ chalet had the opportunity to explore the cabins’ latest innovations and passenger offerings. From the sleek, contemporary finishing of the cabin design, to the meticulously curated amenities kits, Qatar Airways displayed its signature luxury and hospitality which awaits its global passengers.

Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, Engr. We welcome all visitors of this exciting air show to our chalet to enjoy an unforgettable travel experience.” Qatar Airways unveiled an impressive display, including Qatar Executive’s Gulfstream G650ER. The G650ER is renowned for its unparalleled spacious and luxurious cabin designed for ultra-long-flights. Qatar Executive is the world’s largest owner and single commercial operator of the Gulfstream G650ER, with an impressive fleet of 15 aircraft.

Also showcased was the Airbus A350-1000, which is notable for its wide-body cabin and luxurious interior. The A350-1000 also has the quietest cabin of any twin-aisle aircraft to ensure optimal comfort for passengers. 24 of these state-of-the-art aircraft are part of the Qatar Airways fleet.

The Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner offers up to 22 seats in Business Class and 232 seats in Economy Class. It is highly regarded for its exceptional standard of cabin environment, accessibility, and comfort for passengers. The Dreamliner is an environmentally advanced aircraft with the ability to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 20 per cent compared to other similar aircraft. Qatar Airways utilises 11 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners to connect passengers to more than 160 destinations.

دبي: استعرضت الخطوط الجوية القطرية ثلاثا من أحدث طائرات أسطولها في افتتاح معرض دبي الجوي 2023، هي طائرات /بوينغ B787-9 دريملاينر/، و/إيرباص A350-1000/ ، و/جلفستريم G650ER/.

ويستقطب المعرض، الذي ينعقد خلال الفترة بين 13 و17 نوفمبر الجاري، كبار الشخصيات ورواد قطاع الطيران بالإضافة إلى الآلاف من الزوار من مختلف أنحاء العالم.

وحرصت الخطوط الجوية القطرية على إتاحة الفرصة لزوار جناحها للتعرف عن قرب على أحدث الابتكارات في عالم الطيران، فضلا عن تجربة مقصورات طائراتها المتميزة بتصاميم أنيقة وعصرية، كما استعرضت مجموعة متعددة من أطقم مستلزمات العناية الشخصية المنسقة بدقة لتظهر كرم ضيافتها الأصيلة وحرصها على تقديم تجربة سفر لا تضاهى.

وأعرب المهندس بدر محمد المير الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة الخطوط الجوية القطرية، في تصريح له على هامش افتتاح المعرض، عن فخره باستعراض الخطوط الجوية القطرية نخبة طائراتها الرائدة ضمن أسطولها الحديث، والمجهزة بأحدث التقنيات الموجودة والتي توفر بدورها رفاهية مطلقة لا مثيل لها، لتقدم تلك الطائرات تجربة سفر متميزة ومريحة لجميع المسافرين، مرحبا بجميع الزوار في جناح الخطوط الجوية القطرية الموجود في معرض دبي للطيران للاستمتاع بأحدث ابتكارات عالم الطيران.

وأوضحت الخطوط الجوية القطرية، في بيان لها، أنه تم تصميم طائرة /جلفستريم G650ER/ التابعة لأسطول القطرية لطائرات رجال الأعمال للرحلات الطويلة وتتميز بسرعتها الفائقة ومقصورتها الفسيحة والفاخرة لتقدم للمسافرين تجربة سفر تتميز بالرفاهية والراحة، مشيرة إلى أن القطرية لطائرات رجال الأعمال هي أكبر مشغل تجاري في العالم لطائرات /جلفستريم G650ER/ حيث تمتلك 15 طائرة من الطراز نفسه.

وأضافت أن الطائرة /إيرباص A350-1000/ تتميز بامتلاك أوسع مقصورة ضمن الفئات المماثلة، حيث تمتلك مساحة داخلية فسيحة فضلا عن مقاعدها الواسعة، ما يوفر للمسافرين الراحة التامة في جميع المقصورات، كما تعد هذه الطائرة من أكثر المقصورات هدوءا في فئة الطائرات ذات الممرين، الأمر الذي يتيح للمسافرين الاستمتاع برحلتهم.

أما الطائرة /بوينغ B787-9 دريملاينر/ الفاخرة فتتميز بسعتها الكبيرة، حيث تتسع لـ 22 مقعدا على درجة رجال الأعمال و232 مقعدا على الدرجة السياحية، فضلا عن تصميمها العصري والأنيق الذي يوفر الخصوصية والرحابة لجميع المسافرين.

وتعد هذه الطائرة من أكثر الطائرات تطورا من ناحية التكنولوجيا المستخدمة والاستدامة البيئية، حيث تتميز بقدرتها على إنتاج انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون بنسبة 20 بالمئة أقل من الطائرات المماثلة الأخرى، وتشغل الخطوط الجوية القطرية 11 طائرة من طراز /بوينغ B787-9 دريملاينر/ لتسيير رحلاتها الجوية إلى أكثر من 160 وجهة عالمية.
