According to the Ministry of Justice’s weekly real estate report, more than 233 million Qatari riyals were traded in the real estate market from October 22 to 26. This trading volume exceeded 97 million Qatari riyals for residential units during the same period.
The report states that a residential unit was sold in Doha’s Pearl area, covering an area of 79.27 square meters, at a rate of 13,138 riyals per square meter. The total price for this property was 1,041,480 Qatari riyals, making it the least expensive property sold in Qatar last week.

وفقًا للتقرير الأسبوعي لوزارة العدل، تم تداول أكثر من 233 مليون ريال قطري في سوق العقارات من 22 إلى 26 أكتوبر. حيث تجاوز حجم التداول للوحدات السكنية 97 مليون ريال قطري خلال نفس الفترة.
وأشار التقرير إلى بيع وحدة سكنية في منطقة اللؤلؤة ببلدية الدوحة، وذلك بمساحة تبلغ 79.27 متر مربع بسعر 13,138 ريال قطري للمتر المربع. وكان السعر الإجمالي لهذا العقار 1,041,480 ريال قطري، مما يجعله أرخص عقار تم بيعه في قطر خلال الأسبوع الماضي.
