Nakilat Reports QR 1,190.2 Million Net Profit for Q3 of 2023, Increase of 4.8%

Doha: Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd. (Nakilat) reported a QR 1,190.2 million net profit for the third quarter of 2023, an increase of 4.8 percent compared to the same period in 2022.

In a statement on the QSE website, Nakilat disclosed the interim financial statement for the nine-month period ending Sep. 30, 2023. The financial statements revealed a net profit of QR 1,189,485,000 compared to a net profit of QR 1,135,117,000 for the same period of 2022. The Earnings per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 0.21 as of Sep. 30, 2023, versus EPS of QR 0.20 for the same period in 2022.

Moreover, Mazaya Real Estate Development Q.P.S.C. disclosed the interim financial statement for the nine-month period ending Sep. 30, 2023. The financial statements revealed a net profit of QR 21,544,513 compared to a net profit of QR 32,192,431 for the same period of the previous year.

The EPS amounted to QR 0.019 as of Sep. 30, 2023, versus EPS of QR 0.028 for the same period in 2022.

Furthermore, National Leasing Holding disclosed the interim financial statement for the nine-month period ending Sep. 30, 2023. The financial statements revealed a net profit of QR 11,841,393 compared to a net profit of QR 16,338,702 for the same period of the previous year.

The EPS amounted to QR 0.024 as of Sept. 30, 2023, versus EPS of QR 0.033 for the same period in 2022.

الدوحة: زادت الأرباح الصافية لشركة قطر لنقل الغاز المحدودة /ناقلات/ ( شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية) بنسبة 4.8 بالمئة بنهاية الأشهر التسعة الأولى من العام الحالي لتبلغ 1.189 مليار ريال، مقابل 1.135 مليار ريال في نفس الفترة من العام الماضي.

وأوضح بيان صادر عن الشركة نشر على موقع بورصة قطر اليوم، ارتفاعا في ربحية السهم في الفترة المنتهية في 30 سبتمبر 2023 لتبلغ 0.21 ريال قطر، مقابل ربحية السهم 0.20 ريال قطري لنفس الفترة من العام الذي سبقه.

على صعيد أخر هبطت الأرباح الصافية لشركة مزايا قطر ( شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية) إلى 21.544 مليون ريال ، بنهاية التسعة أشهر الأولى 2023، مقابل أرباح قدرها 32.192 مليون ريال تم تحقيقها خلال نفس الفترة من عام 2022 أي بنسبة تراجع بلغت 33 بالمئة.

وبلغت ربحية السهم وفق بيان صادر عن الشركة نشر على موقع بورصة قطر، 0.019 ريال قطري في الربع الثالث من العام ‎ الجاري مقابل ربحية للسهم 0.028 ريال قطري لنفس الفترة من العام الذي سبقه.

كما تراجعت الأرباح الصافية للشركة الوطنية للإجارة ( شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية ) إلى 11.8 مليون ريال بنسبة 28 بالمئة بنهاية التسعة أشهر الأولى 2023 ، مقارنة بـ16.338 مليون ريال في نفس الفترة من العام الماضي.

وانخفضت ربحية السهم إلى 0.024 ريال قطري في الفترة المنتهية في ‏30 سبتمبر‎ ،2023 مقابل ربحية للسهم بلغت 0.033 ريال قطري لنفس الفترة من العام الذي سبقه.
