Doha: As the Qatar Airways Grand Prix Formula 1 – Qatar®️ 2023 approaches, Lusail International Circuit has issued some important guidelines and recommendations for spectators to ensure their enjoyable and unforgettable experience during the weekend race.

Please note that the information and timings mentioned are subject to change, so it is advisable to stay updated by downloading the Qatar Grand Prix app and checking the latest information and schedules from Lusail International Circuit’s social media channels in real-time.

The circuit will be open to fans starting at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 6th, and Saturday, October 7th, and from 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 8th, which is the final day of the race competition. The circuit will close its gates at 10:00 PM on both Friday and Saturday, while on Sunday, the closing time will be 11:00 PM.

Metro: The public transportation system has been carefully designed to ensure attendees can easily reach their destination. Free bus transportation services will be available from Lusail Metro Station to Qatar National Bank Station (Red Line), providing access to Lusail International Circuit for both inbound and outbound journeys. Bus services from the metro station to Lusail International Circuit will operate from 2:00 PM to 2:30 AM, while the metro will be available until 3:00 AM, with the last train leaving Lusail Station at 3:00 AM.

Private Cars: If you plan to arrive at the circuit by your own car, it is strongly recommended that fans arrive early, as a special traffic protocol will be in place, and traffic congestion is expected on the roads surrounding the circuit and in parking areas. Limited free parking spaces will be available, but ticket holders are encouraged to use public transportation and carpooling to reduce congestion.

Uber: Uber services will be allowed to drop off passengers at Lusail Metro Station – Qatar National Bank Station (Red Line). Fans are required to take advantage of the free transportation service from Lusail Metro Station to Qatar National Bank Metro Station and vice versa. Uber will not be able to drop off passengers at Lusail International Circuit.

Security Check:

Before entering the circuit, fans will undergo inspection to ensure the safety and security of all attendees. It is essential to review the list of prohibited items before planning your arrival at the circuit to avoid any confiscations. Prohibited items will be securely held in designated offices for retrieval after the event. Additionally, please make sure your mobile phone is fully charged, and you have enough cellular data as you will need to show your QR code ticket at the circuit gates and grandstand entry points. Ticket scanning is mandatory every time you leave the grandstand or the circuit’s secure perimeter to avoid re-entry refusal.

الدوحة: مع اقتراب موعد انطلاق سباق جائزة الخطوط الجوية القطرية الكبرى للفورمولا 1® 2023، أصدرت حلبة لوسيل الدولية بعض الإرشادات والتوصيات المهمة للمشاهدين لضمان استمتاعهم بتجربة سلسة لا تُنسى طوال فترة السباق الذي يُقام خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع.

يُرجى العلم بأن المعلومات والتوقيتات المذكورة عرضة للتغيير، لذا يُنصح بالبقاء على اطلاع دائم بها عبر تنزيل تطبيق جائزة قطر الكبرى والتحقق من المعلومات والتوقيتات من قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي التابعة لحلبة لوسيل الدولية للحصول على أحدث المعلومات في الوقت الفعلي.

وستكون الحلبة مفتوحة أمام المشجعين اعتبارا من الساعة 2:00 ظهرًا يومي الجمعة 6 أكتوبر والسبت 7 أكتوبر، ومن الساعة 3:00 عصرًا يوم الأحد الموافق 8 أكتوبر. وستغلق الحلبة أبوابها في تمام الساعة 10:00 مساءً يومي الجمعة والسبت، أما في يوم الأحد، وهو اليوم الأخير في منافسات السباق، ستغلق الحلبة أبوابها في تمام الساعة 11:00 مساءً.

المترو: صُممت منظومة النقل العام بعناية لضمان وصول الحضور إلى وجهتهم بسهولة. وستتوفر خدمة النقل بالحافلات المجانية من محطة مترو لوسيل إلى محطة بنك قطر الوطني (الخط الأحمر) وصولاً إلى حلبة لوسيل الدولية ذهابًا وعودةً. وستعمل خدمة النقل بالحافلات من محطة المترو إلى حلبة لوسيل الدولية اعتبارًا من الساعة 2:00 ظهرًا وحتى الساعة 2:30 صباحًا، بينما سيكون المترو متاحًا حتى الساعة 3:00 صباحًا؛ وسيغادر آخر قطار من محطة لوسيل الساعة 3:00 صباحًا.

السيارات الخاصة: إذا كنت تخطط للوصول إلى الحلبة بسيارتك الخاصة، فإننا ننصح بشدة أن يصل المشجعون مبكرًا، حيث سيتم تطبيق بروتوكول مروري خاص، ومن المتوقع حدوث ازدحام مروري على الطرق المحيطة بالحلبة وفي مواقف السيارات. وستتوفر أماكن محدودة لإيقاف السيارات مجانًا ولكننا نشجع حاملي التذاكر على استخدام وسائل النقل العام والمشاركة في استخدام السيارات من أجل تقليل الازدحام.

أوبر: سوف يُسمح بتوفير خدمات أوبر وصولًا إلى محطة مترو لوسيل – محطة بنك قطر الوطني (الخط الأحمر) وسيتعين على المشجعين الاستفادة من خدمة النقل المجانية من محطة مترو لوسيل إلى محطة مترو بنك قطر الوطني والعكس. ولن تتمكن أوبر من تنزيل المشجعين في حلبة لوسيل الدولية.

الفحص الأمني

قبل الدخول إلى الحلبة سيخضع المشجعون للتفتيش من أجل ضمان سلامة جميع الحضور وأمنهم. ومن الضروري الإطلاع على قائمة المواد المحظورة قبل التخطيط لوصولك إلى الحلبة لتجنب مصادرة أي عناصر. وسوف تُحفظ العناصر المحظورة بأمان في المكاتب المخصصة لاستردادها بعد الفعالية. وعلاوة على ذلك، يُرجى التأكد من أن جوالك مشحون بالكامل، وأن لديك ما يكفي من البيانات الخليوية، حيث ستحتاج إلى إظهار رمز الاستجابة السريعة الخاص بتذكرتك عند بوابات الحلبة ونقاط دخول المدرج. ويعد مسح التذاكر أمرًا إلزاميًا في كل مرة تغادر فيها المدرج أو المحيط الأمني للحلبة لتجنب عملية رفض معاودة الدخول.
